“The staff here is super friendly. I felt like i was chatting up my old friends while shopping. The music was perfect. They made me want to come back. I had to do some returns and it didn't take but a minute. The prices are reasonable. Only downside is you can't try the clothes on in store.”

“I went in to pick up my bath and body works online purchased. I had the worst customer service. Left out and went to JCPenney to see if I could find any items, which I. I met several sales people throughout the store and they all were friendly and very helpful with my shopping experience today. I want to give a shout-out to the cashier in the Junior department she was so helpful and answer all my questions nicely. She directed to the fitting room and then I'm checking be out with a friendly smile. It was about 5 p.m.
Bath and body works should take customer service and management training from JC Penney. We need more business like JC Penney in our community.

“visited this location june 28th. harmony was the sweetest, most efficient worker i’ve ever met! she had two people to run the entire store and there was a decently long line, she was working two registers at the same time and jumping between them to help as many people as she could, as fast as she could. i work retail myself and i know how stressful it is, so to see someone making the best of it, i give her so much credit. she was so patient, kind, and kept a smile on her face. i’ll go back solely because of her!”

“My in store purchase went well. Snipes has a large selection of shoes to choose from. There was also a variety of clothes throughout the store. The associates were semi-attentive. They really didn't approach you. You had to approach them if you needed something. However, they were very helpful once contact was initiated.I'm new to Snipes so I didn't like the fact that the email and text 10% discount was only for online purchases. The manager allowed me to use it in store. I understand Snipes has sales on certain items but there should also be in store coupons/discounts on regular priced items. Clothes and shoes are expensive. A good discount could go a long way. I receive texts and emails that say online use so if I missed the in store coupons, please point me in the right direction.?”
