Still annoyed yall threw my $200 floral arrangement on top of the hearse like it was trash. Also annoyed that I had to tell u to take my card off and give it to the family. I often wonder if they even got that card. Smh.

My experience at Willie Watkins Event Hall was amazing ?, the staff was very professional and helpful. I could count on Cynthia Bigsby and her staff member Jackson at anytime if I had a question or in doubt regarding my event at the facility. I just wanted to take the time to thank each and everyone at Willie A Watkins Funeral Services. During a time of bereavement, the last thing you want to deal with is added stress. Willie A Watkins and staff were VERY kind, understanding, patient and PROFESSIONAL.They welcomed my family in and were ready to serve from the moment we stepped foot on the premises. We even had a family member come late after the view was over and they stayed to allow them to say goodbye even though the rest of the family had gone. They helped in every area possible and were on time!Thank you Ms. Cynthia, Caleb, Jackson, and the other official that helped to coordinate the services he was also amazing. I hate that I can’t remember his name.Lastly, the level of care and coordination administered at the burial sight was immaculate.I can’t say thank you enough. You helped us to lay our loved one to Rest In Peace and honor.

This was a very hard time for my family and I. During the viewing the staff was very rude to a lot of the guest including myself. Should we need funeral services again, I personally will not be choosing this business.
