Always a long wait. Unorganized. Too many new lost people working with no experience with attitudes and extremely rude. I wish Marsha still worked there. She was always professional and respectful.

5 days trying to get a prescription just to be told it’s not possible to feel the order. I was told on Monday the order will be done on Wednesday. It was not. Got a text saying it was ready Thursday night. I came back Friday to find out they can’t complete the order and tried calling the doctor. Never tried to inform me of what was going on. Left me in the dark all week. Why couldn’t they have just come clean on Monday or Tuesday that they can’t get the right ingredients in the right quantities.

My doctor called in my prescription at 11AM, at 5PM I called and they said they didn’t have it. Called my doctor back and she confirmed they received the prescription, called back and was put on hold because I had to speak to the pharmacist. The line disconnected after 20 minutes. I ALWAYS have an issue with this pharmacy. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!!

6671 COVINGTON HWY, STONECREST, GA 30058 at 5:12 on Oct 6, 2023Drive thru is worst ever! I spent 15 minutes in the drive up line with the cashier on the phone and not responding to me as I constantly asked what's the problem! So I parked and waked inside to get my prescription! Don't go there! We blacks deserve better treatment by our own!Dr Patricia Brumley

The WORST! Bought a bottle of Tide on sale for $10.99 and it rang up $11.49. Even though it was THEIR ERROR, I had to wait an HOUR before they could correct the error and give me my change. Welcome to the new Era of cheating customers out of their money by frustrating them to death. The "manager" on shift rang me up and was dismissive to the error and made no effort to apologize or correct the problem. I had to call the corporate office to get them to even try. When I got my money, there was no apology or communication at all.

Pharmacist here & about 8 different locations have a God complex disorder... think they are the doctor themselves & diagnose anybody who walks in & asks for certain medications, which wasn't even for me but for my family member suffering from stage 4 lung cancer who is bedbound. Went to over 35 pharmacies in 3 day period & almost every 1 act like they are the Dr. Themselves and always stuck up about dispensing certain medications. It's not your job to self diagnose somebody based on looks, etc... that's discrimination. Your job is to fill prescriptions period. You aren't doctors. You aren't my doctor or my family members Doctor. You shouldn't even have an opinion on whatever I ask for. If you don't have it in stock then obviously your management skills are lacking and you should order it way before running out unless there's a shortage in that medication. No reasons in the world why it took me 3 days and literslly went to 30 plus locations including other franchises CVS, Walmart, Publix, & every Walgreens in literally a 50 mile square radius besides 3 acted professional. ? congratulations...when I discus this topic with friends & apps like reddit everyone agrees on it lmao.

The slowest service in all the Walgreens. You have to ride pass the door and peak to see how long the line is. Usually wrapped around the isles. Always. So unless you have time.

I waited on the phone for 15 mins constantly being put on hold before being hung up on. Called back and was immediately put on hold again before being hung up on again. Absolutely terrible service.
