My representative was Anthony. He was phonomenal!!!!! He assisted me from start to finish and went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely set up with everything before I left the store. I was blown away with his ability to set up my phone through a black screen, AMAZING!!!! Thanks Anthony, you made my day,and I will never forget this experience.

Water damage to phone charging port while on travel left me no choice, but to use retail in Latonia of all places…Got a ring a doorbell to get let in the store is telling of the area. Also telling of the area- sales rep assumed I needed him to open charger package to see if a wireless charger worked prior to purchase. Then told me., to keep the same number, all I had to do was take my Sim card out and put it in a secondary device instead of purchasing a new sim card and calling tech-support to activate. Type of hood mess is that.

This place is the worst. The manager not only over charged us, he didn't even give us a receipt and my phone is still not working so I have to call the Verizon customer service company myself.

Horrible upgrade, they were not knowledgeable on Verizon promotions. I even had a print out from the corporate store to show what needed to be done. Unfortunately my dad decide to try to upgrade the phones without me. Big mistake, Not only did they make terrible jokes to him about having an old phone. He felt humiliated by them, He is in his late 70's. The employees should have better customer service dealing senior citizens. When I finally looked at what I thought was my receipt I noticed They did not follow the print out from Verizon and I could not understand why we weren't getting the promotion that is offered from Verizon. Plus no receipt was giving to show what we paid for. Finally I had to go up there just to get a receipt that was supposed to be giving in the first place. They charge us for items we did not need and did not explain that we are being charge for. The following day I went to another store and in 5 mins they knew exactly what went wrong and explained it perfectly on why we did not get the promotions. The problem was they did not change our plan. So I called them to explain what needed to be done. I guess the manager was not in a good mood and wanted to be petty. So they cut off all our phones from 630pm until 930am. I called Verizon to find out why our phones are off and they didn't understand what happened. They said If a plan switch's it takes effect immediately. They shut off all our phones and I found out they took our old phones with no credit of returning them. I had to have Verizon to fix that part. Plus they gave us discounts because they did not want us to cancel the service. Also Verizon recommends going to a cooperate store and I see why. Now my Dad has his new phone but the screen protector was put on wrong twice and they told him to call in the warranty to get a replacement and he doesn't understand because the store screwed up the installation and now they want him to get a new one just so they can install that wrong. They gave no instructions on the process of the warranty. I found out its not worth it, you have to pay 13 dollars for shipping. Its not a good warranty cause it does not cover improper installation from the store. You can go on amazon pay less and have free shipping with a clear understanding of the warranty process.

First and foremost I wanna say the customer service we received (myself, husband, and sister) was top tier Anthony worked well under pressure while assisting us and another customer. I came in looking to replace a stolen phone and Howard was able to lend a helping hand to me and my mother. He made sure that everyone was on the same page and that we were getting the best deals since we are loyal customers. Howard took care of everything with such clarity and efficiency all while multitasking with other customers. Had me out of there within the hour! I truly appreciate the assistance that Howard was able to provide.
