Yes the worse post office ever. They keep stealing my packages from Canvas Beauty. It will show out for delivery, then never shows up. I wish this company used UPS or FedEx. These items were gifts. Such a inconvenience.

Have never seen a post office as incompetent as this one. Office never answers phone calls. Refuses to deliver packages and claims address Is "inaccessible". I live in a neighborhood, the entire neighborhood is fully accessible. They just don't want to deliver packages, especially UPS partnered ones.

Update 8/7/2024. This place STILL SUCKS! I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE 8AM THIS MORNING... NO ONE HAS PICKED UP. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! NO INTEGRITY.

I could give them 0 I would. I really believe they steal people's packages. I am still waiting on a package that was to be delivered on March 28th. It said my package was delivered to a P.O. box, when my correct address is on the order. When I went to check it out the lady told me not to worry about it my package was still coming, they were just behind. Why are you all behind??? I pay to have my packages on time and I still have not received it. I have since reported it to the company I ordered from and they sent me out another package.

I have had trouble twice with this post office. First my package was left in a hot parcel for a week before anyone realized they never left the key in my mailbox to retrieve my medications. Second a package arrived to the lithonia facility and for some reason was shipped back to the palmetto location further delaying the time for me to receive my package. I just don’t understand what’s going on. I give 3 stars because for my first package the staff did locate it and deliver it to my door and the customer care was great.

I went to this location and drop off my package on 4/28 and the package is still in transit as of 6/6. The device received a tracking number, but my package hasn't been found.

I never receive any of my packages! The status of them will say delivered and I never receive them. I’m tired of having to dispute thing I order because they either stole them or put them in the wrong box due to not paying attention!

Informed delivery sent pictures of 2 pieces of mail that were to be delivered 3 weeks ago and one of the items was my husband’s license, however we didn’t receive any mail that day. I reached out to them and they told me to give it 30 days and we still haven’t received it. I also had a package that was to be delivered last week & I received notification that it was delivered to a PO Box. I don’t have and have never had a PO Box! I checked with the sender and verified that my mailing address was correct on the package. Another reviewer here stated she had the same problem. I truly believe something shady is going on at this location. I’ve reached out regarding the package and have yet to receive a response.

They never answer the phone. This is the second time my mail has come up missing. I’m starting to think the mail man is taking my mail. Then he doesn’t put any of my mail in the mailbox anymore. It be all out in the open. I have been trying to get in contact with them for three days now. It’s extremely frustrating. There’s no way all my mail is coming up missing all of a sudden. We’ll repudiate this review after I got visit the office.
