Stop hiring old people! Hire people that are qualified to do the job and not because they are nice. There was an older lady on a busy Wednesday right before a national holiday and the line without the door, not only did she take her sweet time she was extremely slow and refused help when it was offered. I repeat, please stop hiring old people that can’t do the job right or accurately or need assistance, especially when they’re the only one staffed on a busy weekday.

I'm an elderly man in a wheelchair. I come to the post office at 4:15. The post office close at 4:30. I pulled the door but the doors closed the lady that works there at this particular time. On Monday the 3rd of June told me I could not come in because they're closed and it was clearly 4:15. She told me well. I got enough people in here. If I can get to you by 4:30 and take care of these people I take care of you. Then about 4:30 she screamed out the door at me again. Well I'm sorry I can't take care of you and I was clearly there before the place close. I shouldn't have the experience. Something like that being a elderly man in a wheelchair. She was so rude with you would not give me her name or anything

When I go to this location, Mrs. Valerie is the one who keeps everything running smoothly. It's like she's the engine that keeps this place going! Whenever I need to do something here, I always enjoy talking to her because she's so friendly and nice. It makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.

I sat in the parking lot for 15 min so that I can make sure that I was here at 8 am when this location opened. Of course the door was opened at 8:02am. This is unacceptable! Get to work in time enough to make sure that the location is open at 8am!

Not sure why you have to wait outside and be called in one by one. This is my first and last time here. Plus the biggest sign ever that say cash only. So weird. Don't bother coming here.

Went there today and the guy working with Ms. Veronica had such an unpleasant and arrogant attitude. He appeared irritated. He scared me to the point that I could not even ask for the stamps I needed! The nasty attitude should have been left at home. If you don’t like your job then resign or quit why be so rude and miserable. There are people seeking employment every minute and would love to provide exceptional customer service to our community. I’m just saying be nice to people cause you never know what people are going through and no one wants to encounter uncalled for rudeness… it’s just too much going on to have to deal with that type of negativity. Mind you I am always embraced with appreciation by the other workers such as Cheryl, and Veronica. He needs to go we do not need that energy‼️

It took the bank sending me 4 debit cards before I received one. My insurance company sent me 2 checks that I never received so they direct deposited. I'm waiting to receive something from Social Security they sent it 3 times and I still haven't received it. If you try to call the phone is usually off the hook. Anyone sending me something I tell them it's a 50-50 chance if I receive it or not. I think UPS or FedEx should take over the postal service they deliver on time and just close USPS
