I had my car diagnosed by Mercedes that I needed my rear end replaced. I got Ed to check it out and all I needed was the fluid drained and replaced and he took care of it for me... I definitely recommend his services 10/10

I worked with Ed to replace my engine & I’d highly recommend this shop. The pricing is very fair and affordable & he got the job done VERY quickly. He’s responsive & when I experienced issues with the vehicle he came to the shop to help me out on THANKSGIVING! Don’t keep looking for a mechanic just call Ed.

I did go to United Auto, but did not have to have work done. I was having an issue with the horn, I did not see the small horn emblem on the steering wheel and keep pushing the center of the pad. The emblem was at the bottom. I was too embarrassed to feel stpuid. So, there you have it. The mechanic was very polite and did not give me the side eye. Yes, I'm the first person to admit I am not perfect.

Been dealing with a lot of mechanics on getting simple things done with me my car. Through this experience I learned alot of mechanics lack integrity and when they see a woman they'll say anything they need to run up the chargers. This has caused more and more problems too occur with my car. I visited A+ auto today and this is where I'll be going from now on. They took everything I had to say into consideration, listened to me asked the proper questions needed and provided all the services I needed for the price we had already discussed. I want to say thank you to the establishment for having integrity and being honest with me. They also explained to me what was really wrong with my car, witch I'll be back in the near future to handle. Since I left my car has been running smoother, actually feels like normal again!

We went to this mechanic to fix what we were told from two other part shops that was a mis-fire, an engine coil repair. But Ken told us we had a broken gasket and charged us $700. Then 2 days later the light comes on again. We took it back and then are told that it is the catalytic converter. We again took it to Auto zone and pulled codes and it came up the same code as before we spent the $700, no catalytic converter. However when we went back to A- Plus they told us now it's a 106 code or something and to bring it back for a smoke test. Yes I'm smelling smoke all right- coming out of my ears!!! It's so wrong to take advantage of people as this mechanic does. This engine coil should be less than $100 to fix. Please be wary and don't trust this business!!! Shame on them!

Bought a used car for my granddaughter. And was referred to them by a co-worker. I wanted it checked out, before completing my purchase. They did a great job in telling me every little thing that I SHOULD be concerned with. But told me it was decent for the price i was paying. Once I completed the purchase, I took it back to them, to make the suggested repairs. They were awesome. they did not try to pin my back against the wall by adding a whole bunch of unnecessary repairs. But they made sure my granddaughter would be riding safely. and Also told me the "extra" things I might want to do in the future! GREAT service...Service: General repairs & maintenance
