Ultimate Benz if you cannot warrant an expensive $4500 dollar repair for a minimum of 30 days - PLEASE SHUT DOWN YOUR BUSINESS!! Or don't charge people for work that you do NOT have the CAPABILITIES of completing as evidenced by my vehicle not working and under 30 Days. Shame on you.
Took my SSL550 Hardtop convertible to Ultimate Benz to have the convertible fixed twice back in 2021 and again in 2024. In September during the repair it was recommended to replace the cylinders of which I paid an additional $1800 based on Ultimates recommendation. I pick up the car and drive it home to discover that the leather was damaged around the convertible. I call Ultimate about the damages and was told to take it to a leather shop which was totally unacceptable. The owner then requests that I bring it in on 10/30/24 to inspect. On my way I try to use the convertible and its NOT working. When I arrive at Ultimate I've given all kinds of excuses and I just paid $4500 for a repair that is not complete and I have damage to may car that was made by Ultimate. I'm taking them to court. DON'T USE THEM!!!!

I’ve been loyal customer of Ultimate Benz Service Center for over five years, and recent visit for engine work was yet another reminder of why I keep coming back. Dave, the owner, is not only highly skilled and professional but also one of the most honest individuals I’ve met in the auto service industry. I wouldn’t trust my Mercedes with anyone else.
If you’re looking for trustworthy, high-quality service center, I can’t recommend Ultimate Benz enough. Dave and his team are simply the best!

Started using this place after Mercedes of Buckhead wanted a minium of $1000 for anything (and that's with a coupon). This place is very honest and upfront and knows what they are doing! Ask for Dave! He's the best! I will neve go anywhere else for my car! Thank you ♥️

The best for all of your repair and service needs. Anything Mercedes does they can do just as well if not better for a fraction of the price. Don’t hesitate, give them a call or stop by!

I've been going here for several years and would recommend them to anyone who has a Mercedes Benz. The customer service is impeccable as is the job. Dave the owner is very professional and personable. The front office is pleasant all time and the mechanics are super knowledgeable.

I love having a place that is certified in Benz care.. I wanted to put the LED Benz light on myself as it was made to look easy-to-use on the website...it wasn't, I found Ultimate Benz through Google search and read the great reviews... Definitely my Benz new car spa!... Thanks for lighting me up! Very professional and convenient place!.

I love ultimate Benz! Their customer service and technicians are great! They have been servicing my car since 2021! I am so glad that I was referred to them. I was a little nervous at first because a lot of repair shops try to take advantage of individuals that are inexperienced with auto repair costs and issues. Fortunately, when I took my baby(my car) to ultimate benz, the technicians were very informative, considerate, and fair with their prices. I am so satisfied with their outstanding service. The name speaks for itself, Ultimate Benz! The BEST automative service center!
