ELEXUS Has great customer service, I like my place. The community is peaceful for my first night stay. Only issue I had is the apartment should be renovated totally with no issues before move in date, but other than that the maintenance crew handled my issues quickly and did a great job. The response to my issue were handle fast and with great attention to resolve the issue at hand. I feel I made a great decision with choosing a place to call home.

Maintenance did come and crack up my kitchen. I am happy that they have done their job, but I am still upset that I have bugs.

AMAZING! The Management Leasing Team, Mr. Andre, Ms Martia and Ms Elexus are Professionals, Interact with Community Activities, Very Kind and and Caring. The Groves Maintenance Staff are Professionals. Mr. Boris is our Head Man. Mr. Mark and Mr. Quintavis Work very well together and get the Job Done! Mr. Michael, the young Carpet Man, last week did an Amazing Job and he play Golf and I had a Golf Scholarship, Back In The Day! (LOL). Great Place To Live. HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY! ? BLESSINGS A. The dishwasher didn’t work, the refrigerator continuously leaked water and created mold buildup, the rent isn’t as advertised! There is always an extra $300-500 in fees added EVERY MONTH. THE APARTMENTS ARE ROACH INFESTED! Water bugs and crickets are a problem as well if u are on the bottom level! Don’t fall for the false good reviews!

Outdoor area was well maintained; and the agent that gave me a tour was very professional. My only complaint is that the unit had a strong pet odor that was very unpleasant. For me, pet friendly quarters do not include carpet ?.

They made our process very easy and smooth… Tia and Alexis been very helpful with any problems. We had a few maintenance issues but they took care of them less than 24 hours.

I went on two agent-led tours with Martia and she is the best. I was able to get my questions answered and see different floor plans. I like the community because it's quiet and friendly. The leasing office has some amazing people who listens to what you looking for and do their absolutely best to meet those wants.

Please clean up the area over by building 1100 with the residue from what appears to be a fire. The playground needs a pressure washing which is fairly inexpensive. Regular pressure washings would spruce up the breezeway areas. Try Sytt Building Maintenance for this service. Thank you.
