After I called one tow company they didn’t show. Called Statewide and within an hour had a tow truck. Julius and Mr. King provided friendly and genuine good care.

Bradlee was AWESOME! So kind and curious. I had to go home to use the restroom and he waited for me. He was so sweet! I really wanted to cry. I’ve been waiting for a tow truck since 6pm. It is 1am and Beadlee had my truck lifted and ready to go in 5 minutes. I will definitely recommend Statewide Tow. If all of your employees are as kind as Bradlee, I need to come and work there too. ???

They arrived promptly and did everything that they promised. Driver was courteous.

This wrecker driver (Kenneth) was informative and helpful.
Heres how it went. I called Statewide at 5:45pm and was told it would be 90 minutes for a wrecker. Five and a half hours Kenneth was dispatched to me.
At 12:10am my car was put on the back of the wrecker. I have nothing more to say.

Outrageous fees but they do what they gotta do apparently. The attendants at the counter need to have a gate key if they work there. We had to wait almost 30 mins for a driver to come back with a gate opener when two people there didn’t have one.

I don’t want to give them even one star because they don’t deserve it. We signed agreement 5 months ago for our business and they told us someone will come and put signs. We have a car sitting on our property for two weeks so we called them and they said we don’t have signs on the property so cannot provide any service. Today she told me to come pick up signs and after 24 hours they’ll pick that vehicle. Lady on the phone was rude and they’re very unprofessional. Not good for any business
