I walked in today at 6:49 pm, and the two teenage sales associates greeted me not with a “Hello, how may I help you”, but instead with, “We close in 5 minutes”. I asked them to repeat, and they replied, “We close in 5 minutes.” I asked do they close at 7:00, and they said yes.Again, the time was 6:49 pm. Eleven minutes before closing they were making it clear that they didn’t want my business. I came to pick up 15 pairs of shoes for a performance that I had already scouted, and that money will now go to another store. Please work on better customer service and customer experience.

Went right in and found a great pair of orange shoes in a New York minute. Also found a great little clutch bag that coordinated perfectly with the ensemble I wore to attend the Atlanta Spring Bling 2023. Everyone loved my shoes!!! Thank you Shoe Land! I'll be back soon. ?

I brought shoe worth $88 at shoe land on May 24th I took it home to see if my sister would be able to wear it it was to small and brought it back May 25 in the morning to get a larger size but they refused to exchange because they said I wore it out. How can She wear something she can’t fit and brought it back for a larger size. Horrible customer service and will never come back to this location. Don’t buy shoes here if you can’t wear it.

Never go to this location !!! The most recent comment is not lying !!! I tried exchanging a shoe as well and they refused stating it was worn I tried exchanging it the same day brand new no marks !!!

This local shoe shop has been here for years and still carries a large variety of shoes for an affordable price. They carry boots, sandals, flats, heels for women and even a small selection of men's shoes. Just recently they now carry children shoes. They also have purses as an accessory to go along with your shoes.

Store is overall very clean and has a very wide selection of shoes especially in my size which I can never find in any other store but my only issue is that meanwhile I was in there, the dark skin cashier that was there at that time was on FaceTime with somebody and did not help me at all even when I asked for help! I asked another staff member and she helped me. Something should change because that is not acceptable.

Never coming back here again…!! The black girl that works cashier was so loud and disrespectful… Not just with customer but also with one of the other employees name lucio.. Corporate should take manners in this situation.

Good selection of shoes if your size is SMALLER THAN A 8 ..Not many much for bigger feet.Most of the staff was very helpful but the short dark skin cashier was loud, rude & obnoxious with customers. Not impressed
