“This Black owned establishment is well managed. The owner knows how to hire good staff and manage her staff. One of her staff members got out of line with me and she put them back in place asap, in front of me. The owner runs a tight ship. She will not make excuses when her staff drops the ball. This location opens on time. Staff are quick and efficient with the Amazon returns. Many thanks to Mckenzie (no name tag, so unsure of spelling) for telling me the trick with Amazon selling used items as new. Frankie is also very knowledahle and friendly. This is definitely my go-to spot for all my Amazon returns. I just wish they wore name tags. Because, they do a great job and it's hard to remember who's who with leaving reviews.”

Mohammad was able to give me a quick understanding of how expensive this job would be and gave me a call a few hours once it was done so I didn't have to waste time sitting at the store. Packing was A+, everything was done very tightly packed and properly buffered. Absolutely wonderful customer service, I have no fears my items will make it without damage. Mohammed even stayed over an hour late to make sure everything looked good to us and helped us get the best price possible, unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Have no fears sending complicated shipping jobs Mohammad's way!”

I have also used their shipping services and was also provided with fast and efficient service. I have purchased all our office supplies from here and always find good sales. They found a way to track down the package and then provided me with several different ways to document the exact dates it was sent and received. There are some amazing people in the world when I came back someone turned it in for me I don’t know who it was but I appreciate you so much. When I came back the worker was so nice and I Instantly just felt relieve they were really busy but she still made the time to make sure I was good. Working in customer service is hard so many different personalities etc but this location I never once saw anyone loose their cool. Thank you thank you ❤️”
“***UPDATE(10/24/2023): I was FIRED in June 2023 from this company after being here over 2 years, and I STILL HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY about this company. Been Here NOW for almost 2 years. At This company YOU are a name not just a number, VOLUME GETS YOU HOME ON TIME, What they tell you they ACTUALLY DO. VOLUME takes care of business, and I NEVER HAD problems with my money.
