I understand this used to be a dangerous location but whoever the little white redneck security guard you got working here right now at 7:14 on August 6th needs to relax a little. I pulled over for 30 minutes to send out some texts and all of a sudden I'm getting harassed when I bought gas I bought food or at least a drink if you don't want me to shop here I won't check my profile I shop everywhere I don't have to shop here when I'm in Atlanta

This is my local convenience store/gas station. Their current crop of security, can be described as Barney Fife, power-tripping, store cops. Some are reasonable but a few are the cops that get a woody when they flex their authority.
Security enforces the new 15-minute parking rule at their discretion. Instead, they should tell every car parked to hit the road in 15 minutes if you are going to be fair. What about the DeKalb County Water and Sewer trucks that park there for hours napping, eating, and woof-calling female patrons on the tax payers dime.
Meanwhile, QTPD harassing the presence of daily customers who park in the parking lot of this designated safe place to eat their purchased snacks or check phone messages or rest, Barney Fifes still have time flirt with female customers and collect phone numbers.
If you have so much time on your hands, officers, how about restocking receipt paper at your gas pumps? Everytime you get gas here, you have to walk inside to get a receipt. But these security geniuses rather post up, scroll social media on their phones, cosplay police, and harass customers for sitting in their car. You should pay more attention to what is actually going on inside the store, you would have less loss/damage in theft.
And, since your security claims to be enforcing rules for safety, how about obeying DeKalb County Fire Marshall codes by not locking the entrance/exit near the ladies room and coffee station every night after 10. You are in clear violation of the posted sign on the very door you chain up. It states the doors are to remain unlocked WHEN OCCUPIED.
You can't make this up.

This QT has an on duty officer, clean, the coffee area is not filthy like other QT, the floors are clean and the ladies restroom was clean! Let's get ALL QTS CLEANER!!!

One of the ignorant security guards made us leave the premises because he had a personal problem with a person he saw us speaking to. He walks up and says "The person to your right has criminally trespassed. At this time I'll ask that you leave the property." Later finding out that the person he was referring to, his girlfriend spit on the guard, and the person was not accompanying anyone at the store.
Harassment is not part of your job description. I will not be returning to this QT again.

Very hostle environment. I grew up on quickTrip in STL MISSOURI! I'm 51! They treat customers rude & like thieves! Unsure what goes on when I'm not there. However, The guards do keep the riff raff from loitering & I do feel SAFE!

I love the coffee from QT, every time is something new no coffees machine works ask to refill them I get a simply answer we run out, we don’t have it , I see dirty places ,contactless pay at pump some of them are broken lottery machine out service COVID-19 is over what is the new excuse this location is always busy they should have the best, but if you go Alpharetta, Roswell,Dunwoody,Cumberland,Doraville,Chamblee Nothing compared to 2753 Wesley Chapel Rd, The Queen ,The worst at 2776 Panola Rd

None of the tap to pay options work at the pump, I asked an employee is she knows what going on and of course her answer is IDK. I truly thought that with QT you get the QT standard no matter which location but I see that’s incorrect.
