Terrible place. We went here to get an interlock installed. It took ALL DAY, AND they damaged the compartment door on my truck, so it doesn't close properly anymore. They also did not explain about getting the calibration documented at the time you get it, so we ran into a huge problem getting the contract closed out at the end.

If I could give this place a half a star I would. I literally took my car in to see about why my air conditioning was no longer blowing cold. I did get a referral from a stranger at autozone which swore this guy was honest and good. Well $750 later my air conditioner is not blowing out cold and I know for a fact they added cost on labor just because. It's summer so who cares I'm gonna pay it, rather than the dealership cost. I told them I wasn't happy with the timing of the air conditioning as well as it not getting cold. They swore it would charge up and work properly. It hasn't. I'm sitting in this car now waiting on my son and the air is blowing like a fan. NOT COLD. After taking my car back a second time I decided to handle this issue with my credit card company. I wouldn't recommend this experience because it's 97 degrees daily and my son and I are not safe as it relates to the heat and the none air. I can't stand when someone tells you the sky is green and your looking at it clearly being blue. I didn't want to argue about this with Mr. Garth but I find it funny that when I called to check on car and he said it ready... I tell him "I'm on the way"... he left in the 11 mins it took me to get there. Why not face me. His son who works there agreed that it wasn't cold and it may not be the compressor. His son asked for a chance to make it right and that his dad had to fix it because I paid. I decided on my way home in this hot truck that day to go ahead and just dispute it with my card company. I'm still hot! To the dealership I go. Don't go here.

Found this shop on google 3 years ago to do a rack and pinion job on a 08 Ford Focus I had and since going to them I refuse to let anyone else work on my car. Everything they fix on my car stays fixed.

We went here to have an interlock installed on our vehicle. We walked up to the establishment and the door was locked. We are eventually let in & the woman at the desk tells us we're looking at about a two-hour install time. Cool, we expected that. We leave via uber to Stonecrest & the arcade to pass the time, 45 mins later we miss a call from this shop telling us the install is done. Yay!, right? No, we get back to the shop & my husband is led to the car for the tutorial of the interlock. He was told, " you blow, you suck, then blow again." We're given the paperwork that should've been submitted to intoxalock for reporting purposes and told we "need to send it to the agency." Immediately Intoxalock is called because we weren't given a good explanation of things. They are confused about why we have the document in question and ensure they'll report to the needed agency ( Intoxalock sucks too.) But, the main issue was the lack if explanation or care from the installer.

They do an amazing job. I have been to them several times and they are truly talented. Excellent body work. When they were finished with my car it looked perfect!!! Better than the undamaged side.!!!

I called ahead and asked if they could do an oil change for an Audi. Gave them all the details on my car, and the receptionist said she'd call me back in 5 minutes with an answer and price. She called back in 20 minutes and said they could do it and quoted me a price. She said I could come in an hour. When I got there, the receptionist was on a personal call for about 15 minutes before she spoke with me. Finally, when she decided to hang up she spoke with me and then the mechanic, came back and said it would take about 45 minutes. Cool. A while later the mechanic came and asked for my keys so he could get started. About an hour goes by and I walk out to check the progress. He's pulling my car out of the garage, and I'm thinking he's done. He tells me "sorry, I don't have the tools to do your oil change". I don't understand! If I called ahead of time, I don't understand why y'all told me it would be okay to bring my car if y'all couldn't do it. So, basically I waited almost two hours for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Part of me is glad, because clearly they don't know what they are talking about and could have messed something up! Won't ever be coming back.

Why did my sister take her vehicle to this location? Her car would not pass inspection after getting and she needed to have work done. The cost was $1,200. Note: he also did work without telling my sister. The first indication to me that this was a shady repair shop was when we went to pick up the vehicle, the office lady was unable to provide us with a written warranty. She said Mr. Benjamin is out of the country and she needed to get the details from him. I advised her we would wait to pay and come back the next day. The next day we picked up the car and my sister made it 1 mile down the road before the check engine light came on. She took it back to the shop and was advised an 02 sensor was needed and they will charge just for parts and not labor. She was then told to drive the car for a while and the light should go off. The light did not go off and she took it back again. They now say there was a leak, which is an additional $75. I asked to speak with Mr. Benjamin, she said he would call me the next day, but she (the office lady) called back and tried to explain what happened. I guess Mr. Benjamin did not want to talk to me. I advised her what's to prevent the light from coming on again and them saying that now it's something else that's wrong... time to get out of this infinite loop. It seems like no decisions can be made without Mr. Benjamin, so he should close the shop when he's out. Don't waste your money... bad work and bad customer service.

This is the worst place I've ever been to. The owner does not care about his customers and did not pick up calls as he did work that was not approved. All I wanted was a full and complete estimate on all the repairs on my 2006 Audi A6. He took the liberty to do work that was not agreed on. He even admitted that he did work that wasn't authorized. Garth is not ethical and is money hungry. This is not the way to do business and I will never bring any vehicle there again. I also brought my own parts. Garth charged 312 to install 3 control arms that I bought initially. That's $104 to install each arm. What a rip off.. Don't do business with these people. BE. WARNED!!!!
