The Panola location is poorly managed. Time management and customer service is needed badly. I’m a mother of five that frequently shops at this publix but the issue is always with the deli. Everyone else’s department is doing their job but the deli department isn’t and refuse to. I make orders for my children to help make my busiest days easier but the order is never ready causing more effin stress…. It’s scheduled for a reason but today it took a whole hour longer than the time scheduled. That’s crazy, also my order was incorrect. Please hire new ready to work and manageable employees because I hate this is the service we’re receiving our community right now. I called and a manager told me yes it is different over there like honey do your job! Shocked! Requesting new management nooooooW!

This Publix has the best subs and customer service. The sushi is too notch and is made fresh daily. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. If you live nearby or just visiting the surrounding area, I highly recommend this location.

Deli gets backed up like any other Publix but the staff does a great job getting you what you need as fast as possible. Nice place to shop.

This ridiculous and when I advised the Deli manager he said take it up with the deli associate. The store is extremely poorly managed. Smh Publix to high to be this nasty smh.

The employees who make the subs have the worst customer service and no consideration of time. To wait in a line for 20 minutes just to get a sub made is crazy and the store manager needs to get a handle on this and fix this immediately.
