There were some employees that seemed not to care about the issue, but Cee Cee, management, The Consumer Affairs Office and the mail carrier worked hard to rectify and finally resolve the issue! “The staff is great and patience, Mitchell is thorough and polite although West Ave is continue understaff staff 2 people in the front on duty especially on busy weekends leading to longer lines. Be prepared to wait the front lobby needs an upgrade as well not Community friendly atmosphere no Kiosk”

For those that had "bad" service, maybe you should look in the mirror if you want to know why you thought it was less than satisfactory.
