I was renting a truck parking here. It’s not safe someone stole fuel out of trucks twice here and also stole parts off trucks. Management say they are not responsible. Maybe people should file it with self storage insurance since it happen on their property So actions will help those other drivers still parking there. Trucks not safe on this property

We came here from a different u-haul location because our truck wasn't there..it ended up being here. If I were a female and alone, I wouldn't have gotten out of my car here. It's run down, and the guy at the counter was behind a cheap bullet proof glass. They luckily had our truck and the younger guy helping us had a good attitude, which we were thankful for. We won't be returning here ever again or renting from them or u-haul again.

These guys are awesome and you should definitely get a storage from these guys there not only professional they actually treat you like human beings no matter the situation and are very helpful you won't go wrong here so give it a shot I definitely recommend them

Disappointed with the security system; initially promised a month of footage for my stolen unit investigation, but it only goes back two weeks. They didn’t review the footage because Confusion reigns, and no one on-site to review footage. Spoke with a rep two weeks before the new year now I have no way of possibly finding out who got access to my unit. I liked this place m, A total letdown after appreciating 24hr access. Hoping insurance helps recover losses; frustrated about the limited security coverage. Need better coverage than just two weeks. No sure about storing my trailer here now.

Horrible storage.. stay away. Rats, rain and roaches. Management is subpar. If u want ur property ruined than this is the place to store your items but make sure they are of no value because u won't get paid back..

I moved from ********** to ******* need a place to store my things and basically had to throw almost everything away because this place is totally disgusting. It rains in the storage unit , has roaches and spiders all over the place it damp and musty. I went to the owner and told him my PlayStation and clothes was ruin he basically said well we dont offer insurance and pretended not to know it rain in there . I had sent several emails and phone calls prior and he disregarded them. I cant afford anything else at the moment. This place take advantage of out of state movers

Please beware of this place. If you can at all cost afford to pay the higher rental prices for other storage places by all means please do so. Another disclaimer you NEED to have insurance on your unit if you plan to store at this advertised climate controlled unit. The entire building is not climate controlled at all. I have had the worst experience here. The owner is extremely rude for absolutely no reason. The elevators are always down. The place is junky and unkept. The nightmare began for my fiancé and I back on October 7th. We finally found a place to move into in this extremely competitive market after moving from Florida and having to terminate a lease upon arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. When we arrived at the unit there was water pouring down into our unit. There was absolutely no rain that day. We lost over 75% of our furniture and personal items. It was extremely terrible everything was molded and completely ruined from all of the moisture from the water and the heat from the uncontrolled unit. Of course they assumed no liability per the contract. No apologies, no concern, no accommodations and to make matters worse I am pregnant so you could only imagine. The units are not worth $125 a month please do not spend your money here this place is a complete nightmare. Stay away from here!!!!!! Especially Unit#1112!!!!!! I highly doubt that they fixed the issue at hand.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company!! We had a reservation made by my husband’s corporation. They switched the reservation to this location. When you call, someone texts you from a different number asking what you need help with. Unprofessional! When I finally got someone on the phone, the man was rude & belligerent. All he kept saying was that they had no trucks & to call U-Haul. After confirming the truck was there with U-Haul, we drove 20 minutes to the location. The truck was there & unlocked. No keys or a lockbox was visible. We went inside to ask how to get the keys. Again, the man inside was very rude & said he doesn’t have keys for the truck. We need to call U-Haul. I kept trying to explain that there was a truck outside for us. He kept yelling & saying he doesn’t have any keys! We have to push our moving date back an entire week because of this! I am not sure how a company with employees like this are even in business. Completely rude, unprofessional, & unhelpful!!

This place is disgusting, they don’t tell you it rains and destroy your things, it stink and have spider and roaches all over the place no insurance cover and very unprofessional when you make complaints this place is a money pit and should be shut down. I moved from NJ to GA what a horrible welcome experience! All my things are damage and John tried to pretend he didn’t know it rained in the place. He a sickly old man in a wheel chair why would he care. I did everything online because I was relocating. What even worst he doesn’t even have a garbage bin and said if you leave things he will charge $250.00 well whose going to pay me back for my things?

Do not let U-HAUL transfer your reservation to this location. No one works here. We’ve been here for 2 hours trying to get our U-Haul truck. The phone numbers don’t work. Some websites say the facility is closed. U-Haul handled this and notified me after the fact. This is as much on them as it is this facility. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. This looks like a junk yard
