Getting the run around blame game of who's not responsible for screwing up. I ordered 2 of the same little transmission seals for a company work truck that costs my company money every hour that it's not operating. Next day they gave me 1 of 2 parts. I've been told by different employees for 4 DAYS NOW that the other one - didn't come in on the truck, it was misplaced, it might've been stolen, they can't find anything about it on their computer, maybe discontinued, I don't know, or the traditional leave me on hold forever then just hang up on me. I paid up front when I ordered these parts and now after all of this, I would consider this to be theft. Theft of what I paid for the parts and theft of the $120.00 an hr x8 hrs for the 3 days that they have prevented the completion of the mechanical work. Absolutely horrible service and attitudes.

I always have a good experience when I go into this location. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They help me with all of my questions and make appropriate suggestions. They honor my military discount and even give me great service with returns. The store is always neat and orderly and it’s very seldom that they don’t have what I need. I will bypass other auto parts stores to come to this location. The parking lot is not big, but it’s never been full when I come. It’s always clean too. They don’t have large amounts of trash lying about the parking lot. I like their advertised weekly specials too. I have e received a number of gift cards from those promotions. When I do cost comparisons, O’Reilly is always the lowest price for the parts I need. If you want good service and good prices, come to O’Reilly.

The reason I shop here is literally because they close later than other auto part stores. You can call and they tell you they close at 10p, you can read it on the website. I pull up at 9p and the guy rushes to lock the door. They let one customer in but told me they are closed. If the business hours have changed they should be updated or have a sign on the door.

I hate having to go to the auto parts store as often as I do but I never mind going to O'Reilly's. I always get what I need from a staff that is very knowledgeable in what they do.

If you enter the store with a great attitude, your experience tends to follow your lead. I went in to try to find history on a product I bought back in 2016 which had a lifetime warranty. The auto shop I had the work done went out of business and the sales rep was unable to find the product purchase in their history. However it did not stop him from doing a diligent search. I was very impressed with the young man who had a Jamaican accent. I wish I had gotten his name. He was very polite and friendly. Made me not feel too bad about not finding the history. So much so that I went ahead and repurchased the item. No sense turning over rocks looking for something I can't find. I'm just saying. )i(#igotissues

Dislocation is run by people who don’t understand business. They said they would be open until 10 o’clock today and Thanksgiving day. They will be open until 5 PM. They close at 9:24 today p.m. eastern time I drove 42 minutes from here how rude I truly hope the corporate office put someone in position who knows how to pay attention to detail Services the customers in and around the community

Everytime I come in here the customer service is awesome. Its a total different vibe from AutoZone down the street. I recently visited the store to purchase an upper radiator hose and clamps. During my initial visit for the hose I learned O'Reilly price matches!
