“So it's a very long story but overall the team there did excellent. The oil changes are always good.
I've been coming to this location for over the last 5 years and the service has always been decent. There was a small incident with an upset customer. The new store manager, I didn't catch his name, was effective, professional and level headed when dealing with an irate customer. He communicated to best of his ability at that time.
Now, I would give half a star off because his staff hasn't decided to be a part of the team yet, but we don't have control over other people, only ourselves and the manager remained dedicated to his profession ans his professionalism.”
“I ran over something on my way into work, over by the International Horse Park, drivers side rear tire - warning lights started going off and by the time I got to work, I had about 12 pounds of pressure left... - I called Olympic Tire and they could see me right away, so I drove it over. they took it right away and found an almost 8" broken drill bit that I had run over and it stuck in my tire... - These guys fixed me right up and within 15-20 minutes I was back on the road! - excellent customer service! I couldn't be happier - thank you so much Olympic Tire!”
