My visit this time was absolutely wonderful! My service advisor Joy Owens is truly a pleasure to work with. She kept me updated and did her best to help me out and really listen to my concerns and questions. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I was greeted and helped as soon as I arrived, even if it was busy they definitely had a prompt flow going which helped moved things along nicely. My advisor was Mildred Reid and she was super awesome. I originally told her I would wait with my baby on my vehicle in the waiting room and she quickly offered us a Lyft ride home which was so much easier on both my baby and I. She checked up on us while we waited although not long. She explained the process of what will be done and what was done after. As promised my vehicle was ready within the hours stated by her and again she had a Lyft ride get me from home to the dealership. Again upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and everything was explained. I received my paperwork, she walked me out to my vehicle and I was set to go with more than enough time to pick up my other kids from school.

Kay customer service was awesome and she was very helpful! She was able to get me in a brand new 2024 Kia forte in a timely manner, I left very satisfied and happy with my new car! I highly recommend her for your vehicle needs!!

Horrible. Went in one Saturday to get a oil change and the oil temperature Sensor fixed due to an Oil leak. Front desk in service dpt confirmed the part was there and available. Decided to drop of the car being that i was told it will take a while. About 4 1/2 hours later received I called for update. I was told my car is ready. Made it back to the service dpt to be told that the oil sensor was not replaced. The new head mechanic came out and didnt even apologized for my inconvenience. Angi did apologized on behalf of the team in the back. Apparently who ever was working on my car completely forgot and just did the oil change nothing more. This place is extremely disorganized as always.

Couldn’t be happier with our experiance. We looked at several car manufacturers and Kia came out on top. Their inventory on the model we were considering was better than the two dealers closer to us. Our sales person (Rodney) was patient, knowledgeable and not high pressure. The dealership worked with us to come to a price we felt was good. Final paperwork went smoothly and the car prepared nicely. Facility was inviting and well maintained. Service area has 9 bays.

As far as I can tell, Nalley Kia personnel proved to do what they said that they would do. The car was towed in on Monday, January 8, 2023 and by Wednesday, January 10, 2023, my car was ready for me to pick it up. It was fixed. The car is running good. So far, I have no complaints. Angela was my contact person. She is just an angel ? sent down to help me, and I'm sure she helps others as well. She was kind in person as well as helping me over the phone and I really appreciate her. She took her time and explained everything that was done. She went above and beyond her call of duty. I hope everything goes well with my vehicle. If it does, Nalley Kia has my business.

The sales department is AWESOME! I bought my car from Marcus. Since The purchase I have only had my car service at this dealership. The service department is always timely and does an excellent job. Angela Mildred and Joy are a JEWEL.Thanks for EXCELLENT customer service.

I took my car in on a Thursday after 4pm due to the check engine light coming on. I picked my car up on that Saturday around 10am. Thank goodness my car was still under warranty. Not only did they fix the problem, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they took care of my recalls as well. My car is running fine, and I can rest easy that all my recalls have been done. Thank you!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dealershipThey had my car for almost a month in total and I had to call them multiple times a day to get any kind of updateApparently the only person who can give you any info is the one who checked you in and if there busy? Tough you sit and waitIf there not working that day? Tough you are just out of luckI can understand things take time and being short staffed is a thing but my god getting anything to move in this place is like pulling teethNow they repairs were done and the car was repaired properly but that is truly the only decent thing here

I've went there for them to file a warranty claim. I've spoken to two different people in reference to this, & nether have followed back up with me. I even went back myself to check on the status of the claim, & I was told Kia is slow with getting back with people. This was over a month ago. I purchased 4 different vehicles from this dealership over the past years, but I will not purchase another one because of the poor service department. The service department has declined a great deal since prior to the pandemic.

I went to pick up my kia today after 6 weeks. Had a back window replace it doesn't work and they also scratched the paint off in big chunks around the window they replaced. this was at collision center at nalley kia .Did not need this after it had been stolen and had for this long. ALSO Should HAVE atleast vacuumed the glass out of the car. The green spots are chunks of missing paint.Picked up car on 11/11/2023

I had a wonderful experience at Nalley Kia. The last time I remember purchasing a vehicle it was stressful and tiresome so you can image how I was feeling having to do this process all over but this time was totally different. The sales person Rodney Beauford is in a league of his own. He was welcoming as I entered his office. See, I was referred to him by someone else who purchased a car with him and they talked highly of him. So, like I said, very warming and great personality. He really listened to what I wanted in my vehicle and did not try to sell me anything that I did not ask for and that really mattered. He took his time explaining what came on the vehicle and answered any questions or concerns I may have had. I have never come across a sales person like this. My experience was great until I came to the finance person, Harold Lewis, who was not welcoming at all. His demeanor changed when I started to decline the packages then he became pushy and insulted my guy which I did not appreciate at all. But, even with all that said because of Rodney, I still would like to think I had a good experience. I will recommend Rodney to all my friends and family that want to purchase a new vehicle.

They need to do another staff change from the sales man to the service staff. I use to love coming her to this dealership. I gad that who ever they put you with you have to work with them well diamond was late and I was told I had to wait on her but the lady checked me in then I was told that my car would be ready at 10:30am it wasn’t it’s a lot of standing around and socializing for long periods of time. They tech came spending back in my car and it smelled like Weed. I was late for work.

My Experience was phenomenal! I Personally would like to take this time out to Thank Angie!! She explained everything to me and detail. She checked on me throughout the entire process to ensure that I was comfortable and knew what was happening with the vehicle! It was like family. The entire staff was nice and spoke as we passed each other on the premises! However ANGIE Is the reason I will continue to choose Nalley Kia for all my repair needs. Thanks Angie

The first visit was not a good one. I dropped car of for oil change and Diamond checked me in and told me my advisor would be Josh. Never heard anything about it the whole day and went to pick it up around 5. It was done but Josh wasn't there and Diamond checked me out. My car was written under another customer! She fixed it for me tho. The lack of communication is very unappealing. Diamond was definitely the saving grace for me! She has great customer service. Had to bring it back last Saturday to get a new tire and luckily for me she was there and I dealt with her solely. My information was still messed up but she was working on getting it fixed.
