Mildred Reid was my S.A. She was spectacular! She was very friendly, patient and professional. The technician did the repair well. The service area was clean. Other service personnel were very pleasant. Improving wait time would improve the experience even more!

Camshaft was replaced under warranty . I don’t know what was done wrong but my car is burning oil with no trace . I’ve owned this car for over 4 years brought new and never had an issue until the camshaft was replaced. Also after service my parking brake is having trouble engaging properly. Due to mileage being out of warranty after repairs I don’t have funds or another vehicle to afford returning car to service department. Mildred was my service provider and she has excellent customer service and I give her five stars but the mechanical team isn’t properly diagnosing issues, leaving customers to deal with issues on their own

My experience with Rodney Beauford was TERRIFIC!!! I really appreciated his ability to educate the buyer about the FULL buying process. He lets you know he wants this to be a relationship during the life of your loan. I know and do trust that I will be taken care of by Nalley Kia. GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE.. he did a great job.

I've been getting serviced for both my Kia optima and my mom's car for a couple of years. Lately the service has gotten quicker. They're always professional but the wait times have gotten better

My experience was very satisfied! Your staff has excellent customer service skills. I was very please how the staff made not just me but everything feel comfortable and welcome. It's good to go a company that have speak to a customer with welcoming greeting.
