Bought a 16 Benz gle in July , mid August, the check engine light came on and it’s struggling to go up hill. Paying 25k including warranty for a car I’m not sure about, never again

Ahkeel was inviting and reassuring before I sat down. I came in to trade in my hybrid with some hesitations, he immediately told me that he can work with me. Needless to say I’m driving out of dealership with a 2025 elantra that I LOVE!! Thank you for amazing customer service from the beginning to the end .

I purchased a car though Nalley in April. I was told that the GAP and service contract is removal. I have been calling them since May to remove but no one wants to pick up the call on the finance team. It's been more than 2 months that I have filled and submitted the cancellation form yet there is no update.

Great experience with internet price and financing went smoothly … but failing disclose there was only 1 key to our new car effective raises the price by $500+ for me to get a second one. Everyone expects to have 2 keys!!!!
