“Listen, its storage unit on Panola road that is un-air conditioned. Its also the cheapest storage option in Atlanta. So no, your items wont be stored at the Ritz Carlton. Thats being said, I had a great experience with Citizens Storage. I was very happy with customer service. They don't always answer the phone but they will usually call you back within the hour. if you just speak to them with respect and humanity, they will take care of you. They are also responsive to emails.There was a bit of a mildew issue so keep that in mind in deciding what to put in the storage unit. Leather and wood arent great with the moisture but nearly 99% of my items were fine after a year in the Georgia storage unit. There was moisture but it was only from the humidity, not from any actual leaks or dripping water. Storage units are easy to drive up to.To the 1 star reviews: good luck finding a better unit for the price. Its not out there, I've looked. yeah, you have to pay your bills on time. I did forget one month and was about a week late. I received a notice that I was locked out. I immediately paid and had instant access to my unit. Perhaps they changed their system because I did not have the same experience as other reviewers. It was easy to pay late, I did not have to pay a fee (even though it was in the contract), and I had access to my belongings. The contract is pretty clear. “Historically, I've not had the best experience with moving companies, but I can give Prodigy Movers a 5-star rating without hesitation. The online booking process was easy and convenient, pricing is fair and competitive, and Nick is very professional and responsive with estimates, scheduling, etc. Communication is excellent and the team arrived on time and got to work right away unloading my moving truck for me. They made moving my giant sectional couch up a flight of stairs and around a tricky corner look easy and there was no damage to the walls or the couch. They are fast, efficient, and careful with moving furniture and belongings. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience with ThiLo and Scotty. Our “moving” experience was a bit unusual - we were moving large pieces from downstairs to upstairs, and from upstairs to downstairs- basically flip-flopping part of the house. They showed up early and were very polite and professional. They took great care of some very fragile and sentimental pieces. They were very communicative with us, and asked for our thoughts to make sure we were happy with the placement of the pieces. Before they left, they went over everything and made sure that we had all of our questions answered. Definitely recommend!”

“Showed up this morning to have a hitch installed on my van. Darien was amazing! The hitch had not yet arrived, but he searched and found the appropriate one at another location. While the wiring was being installed an employee went and picked up the hitch. It was ready promptly at the time I was told.When I picked up my van, Jackie helped me determine what size trailer I would need. Even though I had reserved a larger one, she was very helpful changing the reservation to the medium sized trailer.I encountered at least 4 other employees while there and all of them were extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this location!”

“This was a big fast paced move to another state. Ian was the rep. who came out initially. He was thorough and easy to contact; even after business hours. Daryl T and his team were the ones to handle the move. These guys were hard working, fast and efficient. Beltmann does use several 3rd party vendors so this is something to be mindful of. They did send sone different guys out to handle another part of our move who werent as careful or professional as Daryl's crew. Ian was very responsive and accommodating throughout the move and Daryl went above and beyond to make up for where the other team slacked. I appreciated all of their hard work.”
