The best part about this location is the convenience to my home. The produce and bakery section has a wide variety which I'm thankful for. In typical Walmart fashion there is usually long lines at this location and they have 4 self check out with only two working!

Literally eek methinks not! I don't know what's happening to the neighborhood I live in but it's so depressing it makes me want to die that I live here. I am not a big box shopper. I prefer a grocery store with just groceries but after going in the local Kroger and seeing them sell black meat literally rotten. I had to get my barbecue sauce from this walmart Publix was $3 for what is normally a $1. So I decided to pick up some paper towels when I opened the product they were crunchy and had a pubic hair on them. I almost threw up. So the next day I returned them or attempted to. The cashier said you have no receipt. I said no I want to exchange she said okay and did not go through the gift card process a refund = nothing. So I walked back to the paper towels and observed that every last paper towel was coming off the roll and was crunchy. WTH? I have heard of flood cars but not flood paper towels which is my only explanation for why every last product of paper towels were in that condition. My body had that sick depressed feeling of this is your neighborhood selling crunchy paper towels. Why? I went back up with one since I did not bring a receipt. The cashier scanned the product I brought in and I kid you not balled up the exchange receipt and refused to give it to me. The workers in this neighborhood lie so I had a scene asking for a receipt even a note saying I did an exchange. The cashier said u came in without a receipt you don't get one back. I also came in with a product and that was not acknowledged by failing to give me an exchange receipt I called the customer service line. They said they can do what they want. There is no exchange policy posted like I used to see in all Walmart's. This is an odd Walmart that does what they want to do. Do Not Shop Here. It is s*** and they refuse to give receipts. You shop at your own risk to health and jail if they are refusing exchange acknowledgements. I think a wigger and a black man manage both Kroger and Walmart in this neighborhood. It's awful! They must spend there time in the back room doing other things not managing.

I like the set up of the entire store, it unique from all of the other Walmarts that I have been to. Items seem to be well stocked and this store has a lot of variety around the entire store from different brands of each product.

Slow, slow, slow! I typically do my best to avoid Wal-Mart. I'll only go out of desperation. So this past Friday, I wanted a particular item that was locked up in the electronics dept. I kindly asked the woman at the register to unlock the desired item. After several minutes of waiting ( I even tried looking for another employee) I just threw my hands up and left. This store should have enough sense to have more than one employee in each department. Complete crap hole.

I love shopping at Walmart but today that experience changed. I spent about an hour shopping just to get to check out and not be able to use my credit card. Every time I inserted the chip, it asked for my pin (which I don't have because it's a credit card). The employees told me there was nothing they could do and asked for another form of payment. I did have my debit card but I did not want to use it. Super frustrated because I've never had this experience at a Walmart before and the fact I spent all that time picking out my items just to leave the store without them makes me even more upset! Very bad customer service and they need to fix their payment machines to accept credit cards!

I ordered an item online and went to Walmart at Stonecrest to pick up my item. I waited over an hour for the associate to come to pickup. When she arrived she was very unprofessional. Not to mention, she never apologized for being late. This Walmart is by far the worst. The workers do not want to work there and are so disrespectful to the customers. After that happened I asked another associate where is the lemon juice. She replied, "We don't sell lemon juice." I walked down the isle and found it myself.

One of the cleanest Wal Marts I've been to. Nice workers. I prefer this location over the panola rd and conyers location. Checkout isn't too bad and the clearance at this store is pretty good.

Ghetto. The staff were not helpful at all. Then the cashier in self service would not come and assist me. He literally helped 3 other people before me. Forget it. Totally not worth the hassle. The only good thing about this location is that they have stuff you would normally want and need but here it was on clearance. Ironically weird however that still does not deter my decision to never return!
