She gave me excellent customer service and support she was so fast ? kind genuine and efficient WHAT A STAR ? Douglas is absolutely AMAZING!!! It was Christmas Eve and pretty busy. He was the only person working that day but he handled every customer with great care. His customer service is definitely top tier!!!

Extremely rude employees and they don't give refunds even though the receipt says they accept returns within 14 days. Also, I requested a phone call from upper management who did not return the call.
