It's an overall great family-owned business. I arrived shortly after they opened to get a wheel alignment and my back brakes repaired. The owner was so great, apparently I didn't need back brakes! Despite the dealerships claim that my car wouldn't make it to the next oil change, he assured me my brakes were in great condition. I'm so appreciative, they could've easily took my money and I would've never been the wisest. I will definitely return and refer others for future services.

If I could I would rate it at a 0 ⭐️ . Please ??♀️ far away from this place. The son went across the street and got Lithonia police because I refused to sign a waver stating Martin tire would not be liable if I drive off with a broken off stud?. This is just half of the story the police officer and myself told them to put my tire back on and let me go. The son is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. After 20 something years of getting all my car tires here , I’ll go somewhere else before I go back to Martin Tire.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. The owner always is knowledgeable, fair and straightforward. The owner always takes care of me whenever I need a tire, oil change or rims.

IF I COULD LEAVE A “0” I WOULD!!!
This GOOD OLE BOY establishment is POORLY OPERATED and with forceful methods to make a customer pay inUNWARRANTED SERVICES.
I scheduled an oil change and requested that my car not be reviewed for other services to be rendered. I paid for my own oil and filter and that price was $15. Upon my arrival the owner stated to me that if he couldn’t access my vehicle for more issues then my oil change would be $35. Also, this company’s owner stated that I’m hindering how he makes money and if I couldn’t support his companies business practice then my business was no longer desired at their facility.
I refuse to give my money to ANY BUSINESS unjustifiably. I thought I was supporting business by coming for the oil change??
