There were some employees that seemed not to care about the issue, but Cee Cee, management, The Consumer Affairs Office and the mail carrier worked hard to rectify and finally resolve the issue! “This Black owned establishment is well managed. The owner knows how to hire good staff and manage her staff. One of her staff members got out of line with me and she put them back in place asap, in front of me. The owner runs a tight ship. She will not make excuses when her staff drops the ball. This location opens on time. Staff are quick and efficient with the Amazon returns. Many thanks to Mckenzie (no name tag, so unsure of spelling) for telling me the trick with Amazon selling used items as new. Frankie is also very knowledahle and friendly. This is definitely my go-to spot for all my Amazon returns. I just wish they wore name tags. Because, they do a great job and it's hard to remember who's who with leaving reviews.”
“Had to ship out several awkwardly shaped, delicate family heirlooms after family passed, was dreading having to get it all handled. Mohammad was able to give me a quick understanding of how expensive this job would be and gave me a call a few hours once it was done so I didn't have to waste time sitting at the store. Packing was A+, everything was done very tightly packed and properly buffered. Absolutely wonderful customer service, I have no fears my items will make it without damage. Mohammed even stayed over an hour late to make sure everything looked good to us and helped us get the best price possible, unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Have no fears sending complicated shipping jobs Mohammad's way!”

“I love this store. I was soooooo nervous to send an international package because inside was some documents I could not get other copies of. The UPS staff assured me it could be tracked and took it a step further by tracking it themselves and calling me to tell me when it arrived in case I missed the update. I felt sooooo cared for. Bravo, team!”
“The employees at this UPS store went out of their way to help me when my former employer tried to accuse me of stealing company property. They found a way to track down the package and then provided me with several different ways to document the exact dates it was sent and received. I rarely get service like this with shipping companies. 10/10”
