I came in on 8/9 around 3:50pm. A young lady working there named Samyra was extremely rude and unfriendly. I have been interested in changing my foundation and came in for a foundation test. I usually spend a significant amount of money with MAC and to come in and have such an unpleasant experience is disheartening. There are several makeup products and I choose to shop here because of the great quality and the customer service experience. I was highly disappointed in my visit today.

Had an appt set at another makeup vendor in Stonecrest Mall for my daughter's prom. Once I arrived I was told my ONLINE appt could not be honored bc they were prioritizing phone appts. I made my way over to MAC PRAYING someone could help us. We encountered Drew who not only saved the day, but stayed over her appointed time to help! She did amazing work, was very knowledgeable, and easy my worries. We will definitely be back for all of our makeup services. Thanks again Drew!

I work at Macy’s.Last week I was asked by a customer what makeup I had on, so I informed her it was in the Mac department. Long story short, I was handled by a very unprofessional young lady by the name of Ray. At thee end of thee day I went over to grab a few items I ran out of after sending mutiple clients over to make purchases. By this time she is thee only employee there, and she is on her phone, on FaceTime talking to someone. She was very dismissive until she realized I was making a purchase, then her demeanor CHANGED COMPLETELY! So fast forward to this morning. I come in for work, and 30mins into my shift, I’m approached by thee young lady, infront of multiple Macy’s employees, very rude, very aggressive, LOUD, and again, very unprofessionally! Telling me A BUNCH of people told her what I said about her and she doesn’t need me talking to anyone but HER! I was in hope her attitude would’ve possibly adjusted, or maybe she would’ve been coming to apologize. But NO! She literally came over and simply proved my point. She, in my opinion, gives Mac, a bad name!

I'm surprised the lack of cookware, my reason for going into MACY'S today. I still spent money and the staff were very friendly and polite.
