It was unfortunately time for our baby to go. Everyone was very understanding, but extremely thorough, which I appreciated. I was glad to know I had done everything I could, and that the doctor agreed. The staff gave us plenty of time together, and when I had to run away, helped my partner get everything to the car.I just recommended your practice to a friend.

I have had the pleasure of Dr. Wright taking care of many of my animals over the years. My dogs and cats have been to him for multiple surgeries, dentals, vaccines etc. With every visit me and my family have been met with kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend Dr. Wright and all of his staff!

I have had the pleasure of intrusting my pets to Dr Wright for years. Dr Wright has exceptional skills and a genuine Love for Animals. He has extensive Veterinary knowledge and a deeply compassionate approach with all animals. He goes above and beyond to make sure my pets are always comfortable Thank you Dr Wright for always being there when needed.

This man continues to harass my family after delivering neglectful, inhumane care to our deceased pet — whom he allowed to lie in her own waste after breaking state euthanasia laws. Yes, I looked up the laws and yes, I’ve brought it to the attention of the Secretary of State. He is disrespectful, rude, and hateful and continues to spew his poison in every direction. Beware to all.

My mom brought our sick, elderly dog here for her euthanasia. Dr. Wright walked in, gave her a sedative shot, immediately left the exam room for over 20 minutes, and made her lay unconscious on the cold floor in her own feces and urine with my mother for 30 minutes before coming in to administer the euthanasia. Way to make an absolutely traumatizing experience 10 times worse -- couldn't even be bothered to give her a blanket for her last few moments. So disgusted and pray no other family has to go through something like this.

Dr.Wright has absolutely no bedside manner. He was cold and dismissive, showing no empathy or compassion towards me nor my pet. We had a scheduled euthanasia and after two hours trying to tell us our pup was “fine” -she wasn’t. I’ve had her for 16+ years, I know my dog. He walked in the room, said, “Still a GO?” We said yes so he quickly jammed a syringe of sedative into her hind and waked out of the room… our pup was standing when he did it and within a minute she lost use of her limbs and violently collapsed to the floor, lost control of all bodily functions. We lay there on the tile floor in her feces and urine flowing down the grout lines with no towels or blanket and no one came back until we called the front desk after 30minutes! It was a truly disappointing experience.We love our old girl with all our hearts.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the terrible experience I had at his office, Dr. Wright actually called me that evening at my home to insult me further. It was completely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for his clients.

I’ve been with Dr Wright since 2007 and have always had great service and results. Dr Wright is extremely thorough with his treatment and doesn’t do anything that isn’t warranted. I drive 4 hours to have my pups cared for.

Dr Wright has been my vet for over 20 years. I have special needs babies and because of his knowledge they have been able to live long wonderful lives. He is so kind and so compassionate. I have moved out of state and no vet here in NC has been able to give them the same care, so we just pack up and go back to Georgia to see Dr Wright. He is Amazing

I stopped going when Dr. Wright would order unnecessary tests without any clear explanation to me (or himself because he ordered a follow up X-ray stating my pet may have cancer and at the results visit he just repeated what he'd told me about slipped discs in the first X-ray! When I explained he said he was looking for cancer he looked at me like I had three heads!) It felt like he was just trying to make money off of me, and it caused unnecessary stress and panic about my pet's health.

I have been taking my pets to Dr Wright for more years then I can count. He is an old school, country doctor who genuinely cares about his clients. With that being said he is still very up to date on current best practices. He is far more knowledgeable than previous vets I have been to see. He takes his time to explain things in a way that a lay person can understand. I know my fur babies are in good hands with Dr Wright.

What a great place for pets, whether they are being cared for medically or boarded for a few days. The attention given them is just as you would expect. I'm very pleased with all the staff & highly recommend them to care for your pet(s).
