Very unclear atmosphere. All the chairs have holes in them and the nail polish options are not good. Also, the nail tech is very cold and appeared defensive when I made a suggestion to my nails. I will not spend my money at a place that does not value me. Therefore, never will I return.

This place is unclean, understaffed, there was no AC on a hot summer day, and the one nail tech there was both cheap and rude. Not a place to take yourself or anyone you care about.

The place doesn’t look kept. Only one person in the salon. She charged $27 for the pedicure (ok) and I got below baseline service. She was not engaged and no conversation whatsoever. No tip! One and done. This is my neighborhood nail salon we can do better. Had never been in there and now I know why. Don’t waste your time on a bad experience.

Michelle runs the business alone during the week but works pretty fast. Prices are a few bucks less than most competitors. COVID caused a change in hours of operation. Shop could use updating ...

I asked her to not arch my eyebrows but to just remove the excess hair what did she do? I’ll tell ya. She ripped my skin off and then arched them so thin… I told her not to ARCH my brows she didn’t listen… these were my eyebrows before in the blue. I see why there was only 1 person in there on a SATURDAY in the afternoon. Count your days cause I should sue her.

First time there was only one worker I stated when I arrived I needed a full set and pedi. Her work was rushed and sloppy. acrylic hardened under the nails she had to drill it off. Not massage during pedi I will never use them again EVER it was not relaxing AT ALL. And my coffin shape came out square the towels were old and wear with holes.Services: Pedicures

I went here and got a fill-in... WRONG!!! They gave me a fill-in to where my nails were lifting in two days!!! I was too far away to go back to her it corrected and I had to work the next few days. Never again will go back to Lauren Nails...uuuuuuughck

First let me start by saying I haven't been to a nail shop in over two years due to the fact I was battling Cancer and The Pandemic I was instructed not to go. The other day I stopped by and the doors were locked and a hand written sign was on the door. It stated you must call to make an appointment. I called and made one for today at 12 noon. When I arrived the door was open. I mentioned to Michelle and the young lady about my treatments and questioned them about my safety. At this point I'm sure you already know where this review is headed. 1. Customers were just Walking in Freely.Why make an appointment? One guy came in and didn't even have on a Mask. 2. She stopped working on my nails to start on someone else. 3. The Customers started arguing about who was next. 4. My nails, well you decide how they look. 5. Last but, not Least she clipped my toe and it bleed the entire time she was polishing them. This was The Worst nail shop experience I've ever had. ??????

I stopped going for awhile because the workers the owner had at the time did poor work,( I do know the owners name, but that's besides the point) then maybe a year or two later ( maybe it's been longer) I decided to give it one more try...I've seen the owner go from a humble soul, to being very disconnected from her customers and acting like other places.. so far they have been ok this time... As for me, I'm learning to do my own manicure, pedicure, eyebrows. I refuse to spend my money with people who don't appreciate me as a person helping their business or just a person period..
