“I usually am overwhelmed with laundry as a working mom & wife I find it hard to keep up sometimes so I came across this laundry mat and I was intrigued then I learned they were black owned so I was committed to trying them out ! I was able to go today and the owner was so kind and had a very friendly energy. I dropped off my clothes this morning and by the time my family had gotten back from the zoo I received a text saying my clothes were ready for pick up! I was pleasantly surprised and honestly happy! The facility is clean, they had an area for kids to sit and the owner was communicative. I’ll certainly be using this service again and will continue to support this business highly recommend !”

“Just started going here and I’ll be coming back , it was super clean the lady that was on staff kept it clean while doing her own work as well , place doesn’t have game machines or anything but the she were nice enough to cut a movie on for my kids was a great breather while washing we were sold and satisfied definitely will be a 5 star for me”

“This is one of my two favorite coin laundry to go to. The owners are great & they keep it clean. It's attached to a gas station and a Mexican restaurant that is also Fantastic to eat at!! Talk about convenient... Get gas, snacks, drinks or Mexican food all while washing your clothes!!”

“It's a decent place to wash your clothes.During the summer, though, it can get really hot.They two vending machines there, and an assisstant to help you with your clothes. They clean up often but the washers are sometimes dirty where you insert the bleach/detergent.”

“I've been going to Northlake Cleaners for more than a year. I like that they do alterations too, because I need that service as well. The owner has always been nice and polite, sometimes making small talk. All my alterations were done well. I am happy with the quality of the dry cleaning as well. Never had issues with the price. I always felt it was fair for the service and similar to other places I've used.”

“Machines hardly ever work and there is never any attendant there to solve any problems. Today, the change machine took my $5 bill and never gave me my change. I'm very upset with the service. And will not be backEDIT The owners were able to rectify the situation and even took the time to send me a hand written letter as an apology. Overall the laundromat is good, but I still wish there were people working there to rectify issues on site instead of going through a long process to contact someone.”

“So I am currently here at the coin laundry on Memorial Drive, because the one that they on on North Hairston rd, the lights when out on the entire street. Not only was the owner kind enough to refund me my money, but he also referred me to his nearest location and let me wash my clothes and dry them for free. He was not rude at all. It was very kind with his services even offered to give me more fabric softener for my clothes lol!Although it was not their fault, I truly appreciate all that was done! Definitely deserves five stars.”
