Going to the grocery store is a chore in itself but to have terrible customer service makes it even worse.
I checked out at 7:30 p.m. today(Saturday)and my cashier was Oriana, a young female who never acknowledged my presence.
She was on FaceTime with a young male discussing her getting off in 20 minutes and needing information from him about a pool party.
When she saw that I wasn’t bagging my groceries, she started bagging my items and throwing the bags down as if trying to bang the bags.
When she finished banging my items, she started ringing up the gentleman’s items behind me without giving me a receipt, saying “thank you “ or any kind of acknowledgement.
This is one of the reasons I go out of my way to go to Publix.
I didn’t even mention all the rotten produce I saw on the shelves, making it difficult to fulfill my grocery list.
Do better Kroger on Covington Hwy!

Always love coming to this Kroger. Very clean and efficient. Security makes everything feel so much safer and they always have everything I need. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

My grocery pickup order is always ready on time with great substitutions. I love coming in the morning when the shelves are nice and stocked. Unfortunately, the store gets a bad rep because of the guests leaving trash and being unpleasant; however, the employees that I interact with are helpful and pleasant.

This is the first time I have used this pharmacy. My brain is impaired right now and Corri King was incredibly patient with me. She got me the best price possible as I was paying cash for my RX. Not only was Corri patient she was kind and very compassionate. She totally brighten my world!

Usually a pretty cool place to shop. I love the $5 meal Solutions where they give you fish, chicken or pork for $5 or $10 per tray. A great way to save money on meal planning.

The worst experience ever I ordered on line for a pick order when my order was picked up they had charged me for an extra 118 dollars I looked at the receipt and they charged me for a whole turkey instead of 3lbs of lunch meat 2 weeks in and they won’t refund me my money and I use to love krogers.

Variety of Selection of products, but customer service is not Good they have never greet me once. I always go to a clerk to check out and most of the time they have an attitude.
Also when having a sale on some products, such as fruit they don't honor their sale and want customers to pay full price. From now on I will just go to Publix.

It says they are open at 6am. In fact it is 605 and they are still not open. This is the 2rd time I have come here at 6am and they are not open. The new store hours should be 615am.

On 3/8/2024 just getting off work I shopped at this location on Covington hwy in Lithonia. I checked out in the self checkout lane and after purchasing two pizzas that I paid for with my card I continued with the rest of my items with cash this lane had a convayer belt and the buddimg ham kept calling for assistance. The second time the attendant came she took it up on herself to ring up my pizzas I already paid for so I told het I already paid for those she replied i should have said something i told her i did thats why im telling you now. She was snappy with a horrible attitude I told her either than go back and forth with her she needs another job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. I come to this location all time for many years the employees are usually cool and laid back this way the worst experience I ever had at this store.

For the love of Christ fix your grocery carts. This is the only store I go to and dam near every cart has a wheel thats damaged and won't rotate properly. Or they squeak and make terrible noise the whole time your trying to shop. It's been times where I had to pull three different carts just to find one that was halfway decent
