Tenesha was thee best!!!! She really went above and beyond contacting Children's hospital and having the correct prescriptions sent over. She saved me a lot of time and worry. I don't particularly care for this grocery store location, however I will absolutely use this as my primary Pharmacy because of Tenesha and how she treated us. Thank you for making a hard day, a little easier.

If trouble was a definition,this Kroger will be up under it.You have to bag your own groceries,if the doctor office call your prescription in one day,it's not ready not even the next day.Need some improvements or shut it down please.

So I just want to start by saying THANK YOU! A special thank you to Uangi Smalls and Johnny Brown ( store manager)!!!!The whole team was supportive, empathic and went above and beyond to help me. Even the security officer came to talk to me and help me stay calm. When even the other customers check to make sure you are okay, you know the store is doing something right and attracting good people. I can’t say enough good things! I wish all the continued blessings and success on each and every one of the amazing people who call Kroger their store!!Story below:I did my grocery shopping ( which they had everything that I needed ), checked out( quickly and easily) and took my groceries to my car. It was then that I realized that I no longer had my phone. I went inside and asked if they had seen it or someone turned it in and everyone was so helpful! Johnny checked the security cameras, a young man let me use his phone to call my phone, and a young lady checked the lost and found for me. Uangi let me use his phone to call my dad and T-Mobile and then when the cameras didn’t show my phone at the register, Johnny and Uangi helped me look in my grocery bags again and then helped me check my car. Thankfully Uangi found my phone for me and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you!

My experience getting the Covid 19 booster at this this location was very good. We waited only 10 minutes and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend them for any shots.

I'm not sure why the service at this pharmacy is so horrible. My physician sent over an order on Wednesday and the Pharmacy told me that it would be filled on Saturday. That is RIDICULOUS!!!! I can't wait to change from this pharmacy after this prescription gets filled.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I had a prescription dropped at 10 to be told it was going to be ready at 130. Didn’t show back up until after 3 and it’s still not ready. I would have feather been told the truth and been lied to. To feel horrible and have to be left in that state without any care or compassion is absolutely horrible. After today we are switching our pharmacy because this doesn’t make any sense and it’s unfair to us as customers.

First I'm not giving but 1 star because I am giving a review on the pharmacy. I didn't want to give them that. This pharmacy is the worst ever. I have never waited 45 minutes for a pharmacy to answer the phone. This is crazy! The store side have great personnel. I had to call the customer service desk to get some help. When I tell you Ms. Lisa at the customer service desk showed out by walking my in formation over. I could not believe it. Ms. Lisa took care of me. Now I have to find out how to do a review for Kroger the store side.

Whoever be at the drive through window needs to be trained better!! Most of the time it takes 30-45 minutes before I get my prescription. Ridiculous!
