This place is a disaster. Roach infested, I killed 8. I have never been to a more disgusting hotel in my life. Roaches, no batteries in the remote, did I say roaches? Cigarette burns all over tub, the door looked like someone kicked the door in. I don't understand the loud iron bed frame. Towels are not clean, this place is a straight dump. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Safety: This place feels like a trap house.

Iykyk what goes on and down at this hotel. Its too over overpriced and they don't really clean it the way they need to. Its just ghetto (.) $450 weekly rate they charge for lights/wifi etc for the extra $50. Its definitely a NO! JUST DONT! UNLESS U ARE DESPERATE DONT!

Do not Stay here if you have any type of class with you, bed smells like someone just finished working and just laid all in the bed and room itself terrible, I can go on and on but man don't stay here.

Very VERY old hotel. Rooms stink bad... bathrooms are too old, rusty and outdated. Bed frames are cheap thin steel and make a lot of squicky noises.

Knights Inn in Lithonia, Ga is one of the worst hotels I have experienced by far and I usually dont leave businesses bad reviews so that should tell a person something. It needs to be shut down and renovated. The price is $100 per night and it is definitely not worth the price. Save your money and look for better accommodations for yourself or family.

At your own risk. It not the people who work there for the most part. Some of the staff in the office can make better judgment on some of the customers they rent to. And they don't always be the younger people who should be turned around. The property could be very beautiful just look around. But there's a big question mark on the pool area.

Dead roaches in the room. Bad smell. Nets flying around. The attendant was nice. No problem getting a refund. I was told next time check the reviews...he gave me some good advice. But the price 109 a night ..wow!!!!!

Me and my family loved staying here! We're part of the Hello Rewards Program and they for the most part were very accommodating but as of recently it seems they've decided to not participate anymore which is very disheartening ? Hopefully this changes in the NEAR future!

Horrible! My fiancé is a truck driver and we just needed a place to shower and rest for a few hours. We arrived at about 10:30pm by the time we were even comfortable enough to relax and eat it was after midnight. We both laid down, my fiancé was able to get a few hours of sleep (I could not) and we were gone by 5am. There were stains all of the walls, blood on one of the pillows, a used crack pipe on the bed behind the pillows, roaches in the bathroom, and the towels were dirty. Not to mention the guy knocking on our door at 3am. Worst experience ever and we will never, and I repeat, NEVER stay at another Knights Inn again!

I will never again in life stay here. The only reason I ended up here for 1 night is because Quality Inn was full. I’m a truck driver && I just needed to rest for a few hours & I couldn’t even shower or brush my teeth because the tub was disgusting & the sink kept overflowing soon as the water was cut on & not to mention the bed is on this loud metal frame. Definitely a NO for me, I’ll NEVER AGAIN STAY HERE & they have the nerve to charge $120/nightly.

As soon as I opened the door it was an awful smell of cigarettes. There was trash from fast food places sticking out from under the bed. Cobwebs everywhere and stains of something splashed on the walls. No toilet tissue and the tub was filthy. There was a used bar of soap with public hairs on it sitting on the side of the tub. I didn't want to stand up in the room let alone sleep in it. It was stains on the covers a big nasty spill of something on the floor. And sticky gooky stuff on the wall and air conditioning. Then I got my receipt and had a charge of $117 on one and $177 on the other. Very filthy hotel and the lady next door kept coming outside asking me questions and ask me if I wanted to smoke. Definitely a crack motel. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND STAYING THERE. IT IS THE WORSE OF THE WORSE.

Definitely not the first choice in extended stay hotels and their rooms are disgusting I would not recommend this place they had roaches coming out of the woodwork. And for $90 a night that really was not worth it. Unless you have to stay here I would recommend you steer away from this place.

Came to the area from NC, for a brief period. The staff were friendly but beyond that everything else was terrible for the price $110, definitely not worth it, I will certainly sleep in my vehicle before coming here again. $110 easily taken swat from me!
