Went in her Sunday for a basic black tie. The young man (Harold on the receipt) at the register/counter was not interested in assisting me with the questions about the tie sizing. He was more amazed by whatever was in his phone. The older lady, didn't bother to assist either. If my baby didn't need the tie for a school program, I definitely would've left without purchasing a damn thing. The customer service and product knowledge is subpar and it appears to be the norm (based off other reviews). I won't be back!

I drove 25 min and came to exchange some clothes. I arrived to the store at 7:40 and they told me they were closed and the lady behind the register laughed at me. I shop here every year for my six kids but I will never be back. I said ma’am it says 8 she start dancing and said we close at 7:45.

I Will never shop any this low class establishment again and I suggest you don’t either.I walked in to exchange 3 pair of shorts that the zippers and clasp were broken after the first wash. And the “manager” insist that these shorts were not purchased at this store. I had to find another pair of shorts with the same tags and the manager still refused to exchange the shorts. The situations was not resolved until another manager told her over the phone to exchange them, and she still protested the exchange.I have shopped at this store for as long as this location has been open and have always felt so so about it. Generally lack luster customer service by mostly young teens. But cheap cloths and uniforms. But I refuse to pay for this type of inferior customer service. I rather pay more anywhere else.

All of their jeans run small. The selection is small.

Do not shop here.
Expensive for no reason. Clothes are very cheaply made and not true to size. They run about 2 sizes to small. Definitely made in China. Good look getting a refund or even an fair exchange without some level of difficulty. Total waste of money.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years when my daughter started kindergarten she’s 10 now I still shop here against my better judgment. Customer service need to improve I’m not asking for the red carpet treatment but come from behind the counter and ask me do I need help it’s anything.
