I purchase a car from JR Affordable Auto, for daughter. 2015 Nissian Sentra, about 4 months ago. The car has been very reliable without any maintenance issues.. He service was professional, also he was knowledgeable about any questions I asked. The process was seamless and fast.
I’m planning on purchasing a second car very soon.

HORRIBLE - HE SOLD US A CAR WITH A DAMAGED ENGINE, HIGH CONSUMPTION OIL, OIL LEAKING INTO ALL THE ENGINE PARTS, MISSING PAPERWORK, THE CAR BROKE DOWN WITHIN A WEEK, IS COSTING US THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS,AND HES NO WHERE TO BE FOUND, NOR WILL REPLY TO OUR MESSAGES. WE WILL BE SUING HIM.

Just bought my 2nd vehicle from JR affordable. I called JR told him I was in need of a car, he asked me what kind of car was I looking for, I told him I needed a family car. A few days he got me a Honda Pilot 08, 150,000 miles on it in great condition for a really good price. I highly recommend you come see JR if you need a car and he’ll take care of you. Appreciate the help JR. Definitely coming back here to buy again!

I was referred to JR in desperation of finding a vehicle. JR insisted I not worry and he would ensure I found something in my budget that I would like, that he did! Better yet found something that gave me more of a bang for my buck! I am so pleased with my purchase today! He went above and beyond with his service and I will definitely be referring him to anyone I come in contact with looking for a vehicle. Thank you for an epic experience!

JR is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and tires. He always has the best prices along with great customer service. I don’t recommend going anywhere else for tires or a car.

Worst customer service EVER. I never write reviews, but my experience was so terrible that I feel obligated to write this. We purchased a car from them and it took 3 months for them to submit their paperwork to the DMV. We could not drive the car we bought from them because the temporary plate expired and we were unable to get a license plate due to their negligence. We had called the place almost everyday and they have rarely answered the phone. They have promised multiple times that they will submit the paperwork, and they have broken our trust.

I purchased a car from Jr's 4 months ago and je never had the proper paperwork to sell the car but sold it to me anyway and then I told that his business was responsible for the taxes and I would not h@ve to pay it now that my tag is due to expire again its so next to impossible to get anyone on the phone this has turned out to be the worst business transaction i have ever had made in my life i will be contacting all the channels to to have his business rights pulled and never have an opportunity to make someone else's life as miserable as this has made mine.... and I still don't have all the proper paperwork for my car including my tag and the temp tag I was given expires tomorrow so I can't even use the car bc you never paid the taxes like I was told by your secretary that your company was responsible for doing along with the title which you are required to do but haven't so how do you plan on making this right?

We had the same bad experience with them when it comes to getting tag. No only problems with getting tag sold us a car with lots of problems. Please keep this in mind before making a purchase.
