Purchased a lovely table for our foyer. The salesman was especially courteous, and with the handsome discount (everyone loves a sale), the tablet looks even better. Transaction went flawless, and we were good to go in hardly any time.

Poor Product & Even Worse Customer Service.After only two months of ownership, the recliner began to lean to the side and was visibly made with poor quality materials.I reached out to customer service about my product and the issues and they had a technician come out and order a part that would take 3 WEEKS to come in. The technician came out and repaired what he presumed to be the issue but upon installation the chair was STILL BROKEN. The technician was very rude and nonchalant about the entire process. He left with the job unfinished. Now, I have to wait ANOTHER 3 WEEKS for a DIFFERENT part to arrive. All of this is within 6 months of owning this chair.I would NOT recommend this product. Don't bother purchasing from here, take your business elsewhere.Product: Ross Recliner

So, I don't usually write reviews unless I'm really moved by the quality of the products or services I've received, for better or worse. But that happened for me today, so I must pen this review. So, I went to Havertys Furniture Store at the Stonecrest Mall location, looking for a reclining sofa, loveseat, and rug for my family room. I was greeted by Mr. Huffman (Sales Manager) after walking in. Not only was he professional and courteous, but I was impressed with his knowledge of the items I was looking for. And the entire staff was very helpful also while assisting me with my purchase. I'll be telling my friends and family to give them a try.
