Good quality. However, now an outlet store so it's lacking a showroom presentation and most items must be ordered. I can shop online at home. Don't expect to do that in store. Very limited inventory. I'll go to another location IF I purchase there again. Salesperson was helpful, Explained the process well concerning in store model purchases, order, and delivery.
I realize that they're in the business to sell but also should respect customers right to browse elsewhere and possibly return. Do not pressure to stay and purchase right then. Also, do not make promises for certain percentages off and then can't substantiate it without proper approval.

Purchased a lovely table for our foyer. The salesman was especially courteous, and with the handsome discount (everyone loves a sale), the tablet looks even better. Transaction went flawless, and we were good to go in hardly any time.

Poor Product & Even Worse Customer Service.After only two months of ownership, the recliner began to lean to the side and was visibly made with poor quality materials.I reached out to customer service about my product and the issues and they had a technician come out and order a part that would take 3 WEEKS to come in. The technician came out and repaired what he presumed to be the issue but upon installation the chair was STILL BROKEN. The technician was very rude and nonchalant about the entire process. He left with the job unfinished. Now, I have to wait ANOTHER 3 WEEKS for a DIFFERENT part to arrive. All of this is within 6 months of owning this chair.I would NOT recommend this product. Don't bother purchasing from here, take your business elsewhere.Product: Ross Recliner
