DONOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE TO BE GROOMED. Before I sent my puppy to be groomed here, he was just fine. Happy, energetic puppy. When I picked my puppy up he was sick. I immediately noticed he was shaking really bad. I thought maybe he was just scared from being groomed. Then when I got home, he was acting lethargic, vomiting and diarrhea. I had to take him to an animal hospital. The vet said he was probably shaking from being in pain. And that he probably ingested something.

I was headed out of town and my regular Vet would not board my fur baby CJ, but didn't find out this until the "morning of". After calling around and researching I found Evans Mill. They were very accommodating, professional and genuinely nice. I was able to get boarding, shots AND it all came up LESS than what I was to originally pay with the other Vet. I'm sold!!

Misdiagnosed my dog several times after spending hundreds of dollars in less than 6 months just to find out he had fleas. We will not be back.

Great place to take off your fur baby from newborn to end of life. The groomers are also great

Love this place! The people really love animals and it shows. They've been so kind, and the vet actually goes above and beyond to help your pet. Also they have office kitties! I'm excited to bring my cats to this vet now so I can also visit the adorable cats that hang out in the back :) My latest visit, big friendly Jake the cat came out and immediately went over to my cat in her carrier, and laid down with her and kept her company until she was called in. So adorable! Thanks Jake!

I love this animal hospital they really know their stuff when it comes to animals and they do boarding and grooming for reasonable prices. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t do reminders about upcoming appointments which has caused me to miss a few appointments because I have 3 children plus a fur baby to remember appointments for. Other than that great place to take your pets.

Dr.Tracey and her staff are so great with our pup Freddie. They treat him like is their own dog. With compassion as well as providing great care. We are so glad to have Evans Mill as our vet!!

Whomever answers the phone needs some courses in customer service. Notified the woman I need an appointment for my two dogs to establish care as we had just relocated to GA. She stated she didn’t have any appointments this week, I said OK, what about next week? She had one appointment after placing me on hold to look. I said OK well they’re both due for shots. Well I don’t have appointments for two dogs next week OK but what about the week after? Well have you been here before? As I previously stated we just relocated we are trying to establish care. Well we’re not taking appointments for new clients. WHAT?!?!!! Unprofessional!!!!!

I can’t speak to their other services, but I had a bad experience with boarding. Upon picking my dogs up they both smelled horrible and were sick for days. It seems like the dogs aren’t taken out to use the bathroom frequently enough as the whole place smells of urine.
