Ordered our daughter's first grips and they literally ripped in half at the hole before even using them . I am so glad my daughter had not used them yet or it could have been life threatening and fatal !! The company would not take responsibility for the faulty and unsafe workmanship . Would not offer a refund or replacement . Please stay away for your children's safety .

I wish I could give GMR a 0 stars. I ordered grips for my daughter who competes competitively in gymnastics. They were the wrong size so I asked for a refund. The company refused claiming they were "dirty" they were never used and only 1 was tried on. Thier customer service is HORRIBLE they sat here and argued rather than returning my item. What happened to the customers always right? I wouldn't buy anything from this company ever again even if my life depended on it.

Ordered flooring. Gave full disclosure as to my needs during quote process before ordering. Received a confirmation item had been shipped. Should take 2-4 weeks. 1 month later they added on extra shipping charges for the item that was supposed to already have been shipped. No one contacted to say there was an issue and no compensation was offered.
