I gave this place a one star only because my car wouldn’t start back up after a service they provided there and the only deal they would make with me is pay $600 and if it doesn’t starts back working we will reimburse you the $600 if it does than you pay us and be set but I drove it there perfectly fine. I wouldn’t recommend

Terrible place. We went here to get an interlock installed. It took ALL DAY, AND they damaged the compartment door on my truck, so it doesn't close properly anymore. They also did not explain about getting the calibration documented at the time you get it, so we ran into a huge problem getting the contract closed out at the end.

I'm sure they do great work on cars! I go for calibration for a charge long ago. Anywho they are quick and reliable. Sure if I was short on money they would work with you. Great ppl. Great attitudes.

They lack experience in the automotive industry. everything done just made things worse. Bad motor mount that they claim was the reason my car was swerving while driving, turned out to be the steering rack that was previously stated could be the problem by me. Brand new suspension was destroyed because the idiots thought I wouldn't check their work, which reminded me also, they faked the Alignment on my car to compensate for the damaged steering rack.. Beware!! not a real bodyshop much less a place for a cheap oil change. The shop is ran by 2 non experienced techs!!! should've known by the location Lithonia and when they couldn't provide me with proof of work, it was a scam had to have car towed to a certified repair shop because these jokes are amateursLawsuit is pending for the damage property and Alignment that wasn't done properly and anything else the certified shop reports wasn't done 100%

Garth, Shannon, David and Howard are amazing! It's simple, you pay for what you get. I have moments where I'm extremely frugal with my finances and I end up regretting everything. I eventually spend more money than anticipated in the end especially with car parts. Furm Quality Auto diagnoses all of my cars, prints what's needed to be fixed with prices. No hassel, no pressure, solely your decision. No sales pitch just straight forward guidance. They are passionate about what they do. I trust their judgements. I've had one of my cars painted bumper to bumper, rims and tires changed & balanced on 2 cars, O2 sensors replaced, oil changes, brake changes, etc. I'm currently waiting for a quote to paint the front bumper and minor detailing on another car. I'd be desperate to go elsewhere. Also they install DUI meters for cars.

If I could give this place a half a star I would. I literally took my car in to see about why my air conditioning was no longer blowing cold. I did get a referral from a stranger at autozone which swore this guy was honest and good. Well $750 later my air conditioner is not blowing out cold and I know for a fact they added cost on labor just because. It's summer so who cares I'm gonna pay it, rather than the dealership cost. I told them I wasn't happy with the timing of the air conditioning as well as it not getting cold. They swore it would charge up and work properly. It hasn't. I'm sitting in this car now waiting on my son and the air is blowing like a fan. NOT COLD. After taking my car back a second time I decided to handle this issue with my credit card company. I wouldn't recommend this experience because it's 97 degrees daily and my son and I are not safe as it relates to the heat and the none air. I can't stand when someone tells you the sky is green and your looking at it clearly being blue. I didn't want to argue about this with Mr. Garth but I find it funny that when I called to check on car and he said it ready... I tell him "I'm on the way"... he left in the 11 mins it took me to get there. Why not face me. His son who works there agreed that it wasn't cold and it may not be the compressor. His son asked for a chance to make it right and that his dad had to fix it because I paid. I decided on my way home in this hot truck that day to go ahead and just dispute it with my card company. I'm still hot! To the dealership I go. Don't go here.

Found this shop on google 3 years ago to do a rack and pinion job on a 08 Ford Focus I had and since going to them I refuse to let anyone else work on my car. Everything they fix on my car stays fixed.
