My dishwasher needed repair. The technician who repaired it was named"Craig" I was very impressed with him from the beginning. He is very professional and knowledgeable and makes it a point to make sure the customer understands the problem. While he was here I learned he was a supervisor by way of him having to assist another technician over the phone. Being a former business owner that employed 15 employees I was impressed at the way he instructed the technician on how to resolve a proiblem. What stood out most to me was the fact that he didn't just give the technician the answer but helped him figure out the resolution.

The icemaker on our refrigerator recently stopped working and our home warranty company assigned Fixx My Appliance to make the repair. From start to finish, the service I was given was outstanding. I was contacted within 24 hours to set up an appointment for the very next day. The assigned technician (Lamar) called within 30 minutes of arrival to let me know he was on his way. He promptly arrived, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts needed. I was called just 5 days later informing me that the parts had arrived and Lamar would be out the next day to complete the repair. Again, Lamar called within 30 minutes of arrival, promptly arrived and made the repair within 45 minutes or so. The icemaker is working perfectly and there have been no issues at all. Just wanted to commend all involved on their professionalism, punctuality and knowledge. Well Done!!!!!

Dishwasher STILL Broken. They have changed their company name to Techlogix or Techlogicx but the came to my home a total of 3x, 2x with wrong parts, they took my money and it's still broken. I called today to ask about the latest part and if it was ordered or had come in and they said the job was closed. Clearly they know nothing about my dishwasher and they wont give me the $100 back because they installed the part it didn't' need. Do not use them for adn DON"t pay them until it's fixed!

The dishwasher is still broken. They changed their name to Techlogix or Techlogix maybe because of so many bad reviews. They have been to my home 3x in one month and 2x ordered the wrong part. When I called today to find out if the last part they ordered was in they said my job was closed. SAy what? Yep. job closed - no part ordered. AND They won't give me my money back because they installed the part I didn't need. make it make sense. Do Not use them for dishwashers. They said sorry, didn't bother scheduling anything, or trying to make it right - just BAD BUSINESS!!

I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life. Absolutely a nightmare that I can't wake up from. I had to go with this company because they were associated with my new home warranty. They came out to fix my stainless steal refrigerator, they did fix it but also badly dented and damaged the front of the door. I documented the damage and was assured that they would order and replace the door. My main point of contact was Cathy. It has been almost a year and still no replacement. I have called numerous times, left emails and voicemails. No communication from her at all. The receptionist always says that they leave a note for her, or she is on lunch break or out of the office. Finally I did track her down and get a hold of her. Her attitude towards me and tone of voice was hateful, repulsive and horrendous. I don't understand how you can run a business with this kind of employee. When I asked for the owners contact information, she gave me the main email address that she responds to along with his first name. I highly doubt he will ever receive my email but hopefully he reads reviews online. What a horrible way to treat customers, you should be ashamed.

The came to do an install for a home warranty company. Closed out the ticket without doing any work. Fraudulent company. Do not use.

My expectations were a service truck with possibly two people to install a heavy microwave. They sent a very young kid with his car and barely enough tools to get the job done. No mask used and nearly caught the house on fire by accident when leaning over the stove and turning on one of the gas burners. I felt sorry for the kid. This really should have been a two man job. This was a job assigned by American Home Shield and I will not be using them again.

I called to have a door switch on a dryer replaced. The first visit was $75 and they did not have the part. A week later the part came in and they were ready to send out the repairman, but I was told that the part was an additional $24 and I would have to pay for a second visit at $75 again! That to me is a scam. They never have the parts and it going to cost $75 twice for the repair! Not on my watch. I paid the first $75 and now its time to reveal that it is NOT good business to charge for two visits just because you don't have the part. I will never call them again...this is wrong!

Terrible! They have a very rude lady! I told her that I got transferred from my insurance company. While I was telling her that the parts will arrive to my house tomorrow. She started to yell saying that my insurance company did not mention anything about parts!! and I have to discuss this with my insurance company!!!! and she told me if I yell one more time she will hang up. I was not even yelling I was telling her the problem with the fridge. Now, I know this company is one star! I am glad that happened from the beginning so I do not have to deal with people like that. Stay away from this company!

I had so much trouble with my home warranty company (HWA) but this company got my dryer issue taken care of! We were waiting on parts from HWA which they said they couldn't get. But Fix My Appliance stepped up and got the parts for me instead of making me wait any longer. I had an appointment today and the tech was in and out in 15 mins! I would highly recommend them!

I called Fix My Appliance at 8:30 a.m. and spoke to manager, Mary, to confirm my 1:00 -5:00 p.m. appointment. Technician, Donovan, arrived around 11:00 a.m.; and his two hour early arrival was unexpected. I asked that he return between the appointed and CONFIRMED timeframe and he stated that he would not return today and perhaps I can be rescheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday). I called the office of Fix My Appliance and spoke to a lovely, personable lady who too shares the name Mary, but she is not the manager with whom I earlier spoke. I informed nice Mary about the situation and she was quite understanding. I asked to speak with Manager Mary and unfortunately, she would not take my call and gave no explanation why. I asked nice Mary what time should I expect to hear from Manager Mary; and nice Mary said that Manager Mary said that she would return my call at 5:00 p.m.! The time was 2:08 p.m., so it was going to take manager Mary THREE HOURS to return my phone call?! Utterly ridiculous and despicable customer service! This mishap occurred due to Fix My Appliance not conferring with technician Donovan- which is not my fault- as again, I confirmed my appointment at 8:30 a.m.
I will be reporting manager Mary's lack of customer service and professionalism to American Home Shield!

I would greatly appreciate if someone above your current management could please contact me as soon as possible. I have had the absolute worst experience in trying to deal with your employees/company. I had an appt for the 8-12 noon block for today, July 14. No one ever showed up and NO one ever called. When I reached out, I experienced terrible customer service from the Manager I Dispatch by the name Kathy/Cathy. She was rude and even laughed when I expressed this was not ok and my schedule couldn't accommodate. When I told her her customer service was poor she told me I could always call my home warranty company amd find better service somewhere else cause you all didn't need my service.

Requested service for microwave due to “SE” error and the tech told me that all I needed to do was bleach the buttons on the microwave & then asked me to give him some bleach. Then had the nerve to tell me that this will not remove the error message. This is by far the most unprofessional service I ever received and what makes it worse is the technician was serious about his explanation. I just googled the the error message and this is what I found......stuck or shorted key pad that need to be replaced and I’m not a technician.......this is a serious electrical error that could cause electrical fires thankfully we keep the microwave unplugged. But I was very insulted that the Technician told me to clean the keypad off with bleach but then stated that cleaning will not fix the error so why are you here then?...REALLY unacceptable!
