I had a good experience at this location. I didn't catch the name of the two ladies that worked this morning but they were so helpful and patient regarding my printing issues. Great customer service for sure.

This use to be a very good company. The manager they had here was excellent until they switched managers. Usually when I came in to get a label the manager would make me a sticker label but now that I asked the new manager name Lamar he is not as knowledgeable as the last manager and the customer service is awful! The girl at the front desk doesn’t know how to do anything! Please get some people with better customer service and knowledge to work the buisness!

The store was calm and inviting. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Hakim assisted with my shipping inquiry and was very patient throughout the entire ordeal that occurred. I am very grateful to be abetted efficiently and expeditiously.
