My experience today with the assistance of Tiffany was exceptional. I was so anxious with not knowing how to do somethings. She came with a smile and walked me through everything. She did not rush me nor get frustrated. I am thankful.

Worst Customer Service and Lazy Employees making up their own rules. I went to drop off two Fed ex envelopes already labeled (no receipt needed). And usually I’m able to drop them off with an associate today they tried to make me stand in line to scan them myself. If I don’t need a receipt why do I need to stand in line. Stop being lazy and do your job that you get paid to do or go find another job. The manager allowed me to set them down on the counter and she would get them out.

They had a broken sewer pipe inside,it was horrible,but the two ladies had masks on and stayed on and got my urgent package out,fast. THAT Would suck having to pull that shift,it was bad in there.

I drove 45 min to this location just for them to tell me they didn’t have a tv box to ship. Keep in mind I called before arriving and the lady told me they could. VERY INCONVENIENT !!!! This place of unprofessional and not sympathetic at all!!!!

This location is so terrible. Print and go machine down. Can't print from behind the counter. A waste of time.

Stood in line for a while outside. 10 people max. "Fax machine down". Have a feeling it's like McDonald's ice cream machine. Hmmm.
