It seems that this is the average dollar store. Not stocked very well, store in disarray, with employees needing training and more education. If this is the best we can do, how to do better?

Store Closed way before 10pm. Closes early around 9:30pm

Always in & out at this location. Never too crowded & they almost always have 2 employees at the register.
