This is a wonderful and genuine place.. The people are even better. These people care about the people who come in and out. This business is owned by same people for very many years and they're good people. My heart is happy to know them ??

I see some of the poor reviews of the place. The individual who was rude to the customers is no longer employed by the company. They've been in business for 25 years for a reason.

Customer service was terrible. Wasn’t greeted when we first entered and even after we said hello. Was very condescending with each response and I just blatantly felt disrespected.

When entering the establishment was not acknowledged, after approaching the counter and spoke again he did not speak back, very rude, horrible customer service, felt like I was disrespected, felt my business was not wanted and was treated like I was desperate for money and I was not just trying to sell something that was no longer needed, please don’t waste your time and merchandise is over priced gave one because I couldn’t give no stars

I pawned my gun to the shop for some extra cash before payday. I asked a few questions and the old guy has a smart mouth for each answer and I payed it no mind. I pawned it for high rate but I didn't mind that much at all. But where I draw the line is when it comes to professionalism is them not being open when I come to get my gun. I pulled up early around 10:30 their sign has the time they open as 10:00 so I thought they were running a little late. I COME BACK 2 HOURS LATER AND NO ONE IS IN THE SHOP. This not a reliable business to count on and when I get my gun I'm never doing business with them again
