Dr. Rose is excellent, but the new office manager and these prices are ridiculous; $25 for a nail trim on a 5-lb pup that doesn't even fight or bark without blinking an eye is crazy work. Also, the clinic manager told me she fired the old staff for not doing their job. Her words were so rude that I felt uncomfortable. The receptionist was nice but the environment lost the familiarity and warmth I’d experienced previously. Also, I heard the instructions to a pet waste fee to the nail trimming which I don’t think is added to all nail trimming, just mine. The office has an overall lack of professionalism so I will be finding a new vet. Thanks!

Never a bad experience with them. I have been taking my dogs here since they opened. Experienced staff and Dr. Whitney Rose is the best! As an added bonus my dogs love it here when I board them.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! If you an OCD, doing the most, over enthusiastic and open to be given knowledge type new pet parent like myself, this is the Vet for you. I bombarded one of the secretaries one day with questions. She patiently and warmly answered them all. I scheduled my first appointment and when I brought my fur baby in, I was welcomed by a different secretary but with the same welcoming and patient energy. And the Doctor...oh my! Just wonderful. She educates you as the pet parent on what to expect, praises you for the good that you are doing, gently corrects and advises you if you are doing something not so great and is overall very supportive. Everyone I met thus far has been wonderful. Again, I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I must update my review. Me myself every time I have gone to this office. I have not had an issue. Elderly family. Member went up there with his fur baby and the new person at the front desk was so mean and so rude. I am utterly disgusted. we must take care of our senior citizens. There is no need to be rude and disrespectful. And if they have a hard time understanding, we must take the time to help them get clarity. For this reason I will not be returning. I disagree with any type of elderly mistreatment or abuse and must take my business elsewhere.

Daisy and i love this place! The Dr and her team are amazing! Daisy barely felt her shots and left happy camper we will definitely be back! Highly recommended

Inconsistent information, no one is ever at the front desk, customer service is poor and uncharged once you get your per in. Was quoted $25 for a rabies shot but when arrived, told an extra $70 for exam and that the shot would be $30. Staff doesn’t have valid information about their services. Will never go again. Waste of time.

Only went to them because they are 2 minutes from my house. I will find another vet for my pups. They do not act like you would think professionals would. Especially the girls at the counter. I gave them chance after chance. I've scheduled appointments over the phone that were not scheduled twice by them. Ive gone to an appointment with my pup only to be told the Vet wasn't in today. Mind you this was after they called 2 days before to say the vet wouldn't be in and rescheduled that appointment. I called them this week to ask about Trazodone for my pups for a flight we're taking, only to be told the vet wasn't in today after they had been closed since the weekend, plus Monday and Tuesday. The lady said she'd message the Vet and get back to me by end of day and here is it mid day the next day and no call. I'll definitely find another vet for my babies.

Deshon Animal Hospital staff is friendly and polite also very helpful. They are patient with my fur babies. I like to shout out to all the staff. The are amazing.

Dr. Whitney Rose has taken care of my dogs for 10 years. Prince and Cookie I love her dearly. She is very honest. She's not in it just for the money,she loves these animals like you do. I had to put one of my dogs down. "Prince" he felt no pain. I thank her and the staff for their care and support!
