I like the assistance of Lavette, Jaslyn, and Courtney and Dr. Henrietta. The truth is people can be a bit mean, curse the workers out and lash out when they don’t get what they want. While the workers remain in a responsible and respectful state of commitment to their job. I have seen these employees resolve a lot of unhappy visitor’s requests and make them smile. Then still come back to work on the next day. My experience is that they are trustworthy and have highly accommodated the elderly in the morning and aggressive people with no manners at night. Thank you for all you do. Please continue to support our local community workers who positively impact us.

I love the attention and expertise given to me by the pharmacist, Henrietta and Victor. I’m always greeted when I enter the store and it is always clean and organized! Love my CVS!

I have to agree with the reviews on this location. I felt very uncomfortable utilizing this location for my Passport. Not to mention that the week my Passport was supposed to arrive I had an incident where someone was hanging around my mailbox. I even over heard a staff member, who was also uncomfortable with the number of men/women, not customers, going in/out of the restrooms. I reported the incident to Dekalb County (Unit #499E) the same day of my visit. The next day a officer called me and I informed her I was there to get my passport photo and I was told by that officer that she frequents that pharmacy personally for her care, and that there is usually security at the location. Apparently, they were on their lunch break, during my 3 visits. In my opinion, Dekalb County needs to definitely spend more time around this location. However, the staff was very pleasant during my visits. I did not have to use the pharmacy during my visit.

Stay away from this location. Employees don't listen, manager is least to be desired. Can never find help. Forced to buy other items because they never have everything that your plan allows for,. Manager tells lies that don't make sense

I stopped in this CVS this morning to try to use the restroom, the sign on the door SAID OUT of Order, yeah right! SO! The coworkers don’t have a restroom to use?!?
The little Asian looking guy, who was putting items on the shelves was SO DRY! & not helpful at all. I stay a few mins up the road, but I had to really use it. When someone can’t hold it and has an accident on the floor, don’t get mad lol.
No coworkers up front to serve you and the prices are always way too high.
CORPORATE CVS, this location needs to do better!!!

The CVS pharmacy technician was not a good representative for CVS and its serv brand. He did not properly understand the vital importance of customer service and hospitality in fostering healthy long term relationships with their customers.

I was standing in line at 7:58, waiting to be seen, then once 8pm hit, they said they were close. I only came for a pick up it wouldn't have taken that long. We stood there for a second to take everything in, and they rudely kept saying they're close, and it still haven't even turned 8:01 yet.
