I literally just spent 100 dollars in that store and they forgot my damn eye lashes literally charged me and didn’t even put them in the bag I’m definitely calling to speak to the owner or something

Horrible shopping experience they have no signs indicating nor did the lady tell me I would be paying for a black stalking cap mind you if you wear lace wigs no one wears a black stalking cap. She did not tell me I need to pay to use a stalking cap to try on wigs. I go to leave the store her ghoul of a husband comes shouting out in the street for me to return to pay for stalking cap after I told him in the store I wasn't paying for something they hadn't informed the customer about beforehand. He threatened to call the police VERY AGGRESSIVE! even his wife was looking like she didn't think it needed to go that far. I told him I would call the police too. I didn't think it was worth the time to spend another second there. I hand him the card to make the $1.07 payment he throws my card at me while cursing at me. No one needs to ever shop here they are deceptive and quite sneaky. I mean who does that at least tell a customer upfront they will be paying for a stalking cap to try on wigs. He told me never to come back and I won't just thought I'd let the world know how I was treated.

It's always clean and the staff are super friendly, and helpful. I usually shop here for all my beauty needs, never disappointed. They have a great selection, of pretty much everything.

I didn't even notice but they charged me for something I didn't even have how you charge a pack if hair and all I had was gel and oils. I thought I was tripping but I was in a rush and now I can't even get my 10.99 back like that's very upsetting and this was my go to place not anymore ill just go to chapel beauty.

Great staff , plays gospel music , staff full of black women and they are soooo helpful and friendly. I always greeted when I come in. And I don’t feel watched while in the store.

They have a great selection of everything, better than I have found anywhere on covington. The young ladies that was there the day I went was professional. And the prices are great... I recommend a definite visit.

Friendly staff, nice wig selection, reasonable prices, COVID protocol. can't try on wigs. no return policy. But staff was very helpful.

I was followed by one of the cashiers as if I was going to steal something ? it was very uncomfortable… she followed me ever since the time I walked in and the time I walked out. I’m so unsatisfied and I will NEVER do business with them ever again!
