“I ordered my item online, receive my confirmation email which stated payment recieved, order being processed and wait to be contacted with next step. I was supposed to be able to pickup the item in one hour. After 2 hours had passed I called the store and spoke the Ms Linda a very nice and helpful sale clerk. After searching and polling me for details concerning my order she was locate the item and told me that I could come on in to pick it up. Ms Linda was thought enough to let me know that the store hours changed and they would closing at 8 PM. Upon arrival Ms Linda had my item pulled and setting the counter waiting. Finally I see people with knowledge exceeding what I expect , they don't worry too much about just selling as much as they worry about helping.
